I've lived here for almost a year now. It's affordable, quiet neighborhood, convenient (happy there's a deli across the street), owners are professional and all issues are solved in a timely manner. I fully recommend.

Great place to live! The staff is very professional and responsive to tenant concerns, the value is great, and the location is convenient and close to everything you need. I highly recommend it!

Great place to live

Moving in, from Tampa Bay, with no support from the facility whatsoever, I was forced to stand outside to sign lease through bankteller's style window. No one gave a tour of where the amenities are, or for that matter, even gave me a map to find my way around! If it weren't for my daughter I'd have been completely ignored. Any questions I had were met with short, kert replies, as though they were being bothered by my being there!
On day two the dining room chandelier in my apartment literally exlploded, sparks and smoke, the whole shebang. When I called the office they said, "We'll schedule you for a maintenance call"! SERIOUSLY!!
When maintenance came they asked if I had put the chandelier there. I had barely moved in, boxes and crates everywher!! To top it off, after removing the old one, leaving pieces of it behind I might add, they brought one that looked like an improvement! On closer inspection however, I noticed the base was not secured to the chain and there was a hole between the base and the attachment I could literally put my finger through! When I pointed it out, they responded with, "They make us take these out of other apartments, so things don't really fit right"! I pointed out that whomever installed the new light switch for the kitchen has done so backwards, and asked if they would put it right. The answer was "no", it works fine like that!
NO KIDDING!!!
This is without a doubt the least professionally run and maintained property I have ever experienced. And I've lived across the country! It's no wonder this place looks so run down. The people in charge don't care about it, they take no pride in their work and maintenance picks up on that, promoting the attitude that this is just seem as a means to an end; certainly not the professional environment as advertised.

When I called from Feather Feather Sound, FL., having read one of these reviews that stated there was a roach problem, they assured me this was not the case, that it was the people who wrote the review who were responsible for the problem, that they have pest control here regularly, well, today is almost a week and I've killed 4 just today!
Unless something turns around here I will write the most scathing review ever written upon my departure.
Fortunately, things HAVE gotten better. My maintenance requests are handedly well and with expedient professionalism. AND the exterminator they assigned me, Charley, does a grat job. Now if i see even 1 bug, and tell the office, Charley is here the next Wednesday.
I don't see the two men who created the electrical problem, which I resolved myself and the office personnel are courteous, professional and understanding. My oppinion of Pintree has improved a great deal.
My only real complaints these days is the amount of rent increase per moth (a 22% increase) and condition of the laundry room washers and dryers; Most are hanging on by a thread! There are washers that are more rust than metal and dryers that match.
For those reasons I rate Pintree Apartments 3 of 5 stars. Adding new wasing machines and dryers will improve this considerably.

Gilda is probably one of the most miserable people I’ve ever had the disservice of talking to. She is a disgrace to customer care and I feel so bad for her colleagues whom must endure that disgusting behavior all day long.
Please fire this woman. Or at least get her up to speed on proper office etiquette.

They are not able to be reached in case of an emergency! Called the office number and just tells you to call back during business hours. I have a PROPERTY EMERGENCY. But I cannot get a hold of anyone. Absolutely disgraceful.
