Hopewell Prince George Chamber of Commerce has an amazing staff. CEO, Becky McDonough, and her staff have made me feel welcome in the area since I arrived in March 2023. It has been a rewarding experience as they have walked me through the process of establishing and getting it certified on January 5, 2024.

When I think of the Hopewell Chamber of Commerce the phrase that comes to mind is " Think Tank". They play a vital role in the connectivity of our community. Every visit is welcoming and insightful. This is where you start if you need information about Hopewell/ Prince George.

I have been in the Hopewell/Prince George area for over 2 years now, and the amount of knowledge and assistance I have gained from being affiliated with this Chamber has been greatly impactful for my growing business in the area. 5 stars all day long !!

I've contacted the Hopewell Prince George Chamber of Commerce over the years for community insights and resources. The Chamber of Commerce always provides a wealth of knowledge to military families. I highly recommend Becky and her team.

My family’s former business, Reliability Center, Inc., was a proud and long-standing member of the Chamber for over 30 years.

When we sold the company in 2019, I valued my relationship so much with the Chamber, I still maintained my membership as an individual.

Over the decades the Chamber has maintained a steady and steadfast, professional commitment to the local business community. They don’t have ‘members’, they have friends. You’re not a transaction, but it’s a mutually beneficial relationship!!

They are always creative and FUN in their various functions (I.e. - golf tourneys, educational events, fantastic socials) and exceptionally responsive to their members requests and needs.

I have a standing offer to the H/PG, to be a beverage server at their social functions as I enjoy seeing all of my friends and colleagues.🍺😂

Needless to say I highly recommend my friends at the Chamber.

The Hopewell Prince George Chamber of Commerce is a great community resource. The Chamber allows local businesses around the area to have a great network other local businesses to connect with. Having a strong network of businesses allows the city and county to thrive and grow. I am completing my internship with the Chamber of Commerce and I believe that they are a vital service for the city and county. I have seen how hard the employees of the Chamber work and strive for excellence!

HPG Chamber staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They know Hopewell and have many suggestions on things to do, places to eat, places to stay, businesses to help for your needs, etc. They love their community, and it shows! And they want everyone who lives there and visits there to experience the greatness of Hopewell too! I had the opportunity to walk the river walk path - so lovely! I also was able to eat at a number of great restaurants, spend an evening at the monthly blue grass jamboree at Saucy's BBQ, visit with the Chamber staff and witness their interaction with many other visitors, and meet many local businesses who also care about their community! We travelled to Hopewell from the UK for a project and had some rather specific requirements. Becky McDonough and her staff went above and beyond to help us out and their network of contacts were invaluable. We were very grateful to the Chamber for all their assistance and would love to return.

The chamber is quite an amazing resource for the businesses in Hopewell and Prince George. Becky, Rosie, and LuAnn are amazing people and the effort they put into trying to help the community and it’s businesses is truly awesome to see.

The Chamber of Commerce/Visitors Center is a must stop! Becky and Daniel are extremely helpful and know everything about the area. Their passion for Hopewell and surrounding areas is clear when they speak of the many things to do. I promise you will not be disappointed!

The nicest Visitor center bathrooms I've encountered. Plenty of room in the parking lot and surrounding grass to stretch and walk around. And the woman working the information desk was delightful and full of tips for the road. Very pleasant stop.

If you are visiting the area, your first stop has to be the Chamber of Commerce! They are warm and welcoming, and can point out the best places to visit, eat, and enjoy in Hopewell and Prince George. The area has so much to offer and the Chamber is the best source of information.
