Had a stripped m2 screw, called ahead and brought my laptop in and was in and out within 5 minutes. He even gave me a replacement screw for free when I didn't have one! Will definitely be coming here in the future for any pc work. Fantastic experience, great service. Thanks again!

Lucas was able to diagnose a hardware issue with ease and get me the part I needed that same day! Highly recommend these people for any computer related issue as they are knowledgeable and friendly!

After taking my computer to a repair company tied to a national chain and being told it was my motherboard and would take at least $200 plus and a minimum 2 week turn around time, I took it to Milwaukee PC to have Luke discover it was the charging cord and would cost me $47 to fix the problem.

I'd recommend if your laptop needs to be looked at, take it here first. It could save you mucho dinero.

Luke is the man! I was having some intermittent issues with my gaming PC. Luke quickly diagnosed the problem (a bad stick of RAM), repaired my machine, and even talked me through running a BIOS update at home to take care of some lingering issues. I've used several PC repair places through the Milwaukee area and this MKE PC has been the best. Lucas was the person that worked on my PC. He was patient and gave a thorough explanation of his findings. He explained my options for repairs and went through the pros and cons of those choices. Overall I'm impressed by the communication. Its something lacking at a lot of these place but I did not experience it here.

Lucas helped us out in a time sensitive crunch. My sons laptop stopped working on the midst of exams- and a semester’s worth of notes and other important docs became inaccessible. Lucas worked with us to diagnose the problem and pull the files off the old hard drive under serious time pressure. Cool, collected and highly professional- Lucas really saved the day. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone facing a computer related meltdown. Well done Lucas!!!!!

My computer got transferred here when the Shorewood location closed. It was a month out prior to them inheriting the job and they got the hard drive replaced and data recovered that week. They also gave me a discount on data recovery for my wait, even though it wasn't at all their fault. Luke and everyone were excellent communicating next steps and answering questions. The computer works like it's brand new. Highly recommended!

Out of nowhere my computer refused to turn on. It was highly recommended I go to Milwaukee PC. I called and spoke to Luke, who was VERY nice and took in later that day (Wednesday). I was DELIGHTED to learn the 40 dollar diagnostic fee would be used toward the repair if needed and was NOT just an extra fee like my auto repair shop.
On Friday I spoke to Luke who said he would call Saturday morning. I received his call as promised and my computer was READY and all I owed was a measly $30.00. I was beyond thrilled!

The guys who work here are the best. Super nice and helpful. I went in there with what I thought was a dead external hard drive. The gentleman helping me asked for permission to remove the drive from the external hard drive enclosure to see if it still worked. And sure enough, the drive itself was still operational. Oh yeah, this was all done in about 5 minutes free of charge. That's what I call service.

I travel weekly between Illinois and Wisconsin for work in one such trip I forgot the charger for my old HP-G7 Pavilion laptop. A quick search on Google maps came back with me Milwaukee PC as the repair shop closest to me. I called ahead, spoke with Luke told him about needs and he asked me to stop by with the machine to see if he had a matching charger. 20 minutes and $25 later I am all good to go. Great service from a small local shop, can't beat that when you are in a bind!

I thought my data was lost and was guided to this location. When I talked to Lucas, he assured me that it can be recovered. I highly recommend this place for all laptop and accessories. Will be a continuous customer.

Lucas, I think that's his name. I'm terrible with names. Dude was super helpful, explained everything so my dumb a*** could understand it, fixed my PC and gave me tips on upgrading. Affordable and good work.

This Milwaukee PC location is fantastic!!! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Very helpful when you have questions about their products, or if you have service questions. Don't hesitate to visit Luke, the manager at the Bluemound location, if you are looking to build, repair or need peripherals for your computer. While the stock on hand is slightly lower than some of the other stores he is willing to help you get what you need, or at least point you in the right direction, and his prices are reasonable for being a smaller shop. Even if it is a little out of your way, I recommend taking your computer needs to this location!

Man let me tell you how Luke at Milwaukee PC helped out today. So I’m in quarantine because of the RONA and trying to work from home as much as I can. So I wake up this morning and try to trun on my laptop only to have it shut off after a few seconds. Luckily we bought two the the same laptops 10 years ago and Luke took a look at the one I’ve been using for 10 years and said man I think this one is a goner. Then he had a thought why don’t we swap the hard drives and wouldn’t you knew I was back in business!! He didn’t even charge me anything!!! I have work with the team at Milwaukee PC a few times and they have always been great from give me low cost options to even help teach my son’s about thermal paste and it’s use. Check them out for all of your PC/laptop needs!!

Hard drive crashed on my 4 yr old HP Laptop. This guy Lucas said he could make things better. He did an outstanding job installing replacement Hard Drive but also answering many of my ill informed
questions. Lucas is very knowledgeable and inspired confidence.On time On budget and computer runs like new. Yes!

I was an I.T. manager at GE Healthcare responsible for 30+ technical employees including, hardware tech, network engineers, and field support engineers. Luke would have been on the top of my engineers. He is not only knowledgeable, but very considerate to client needs and was able to quickly rectify a fiasco caused by Best Buy getting my machine up and running with no worries. I had an issue with my Asus laptop not turning on after it received a power surge. After trying various things I decided to bring it in to get it looked at. I accidentally stepped on my laptop (long story) and the power button no longer worked. I called Best Buy, but because of the “Safer at Home” Order, they are not accepting appointments. I started to panic because I have a paper due and it was on my laptop! I called Milwaukee PC on Bluemound Rd. Not only were they able to fix my computer, I was able to get it back the same day at a very, very reasonable price! Both gentlemen that I encountered were also friendly. I highly recommend the Bluemound location of Milwaukee PC.
