Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport

I always choose this hotel when I'm in town. The kids love playing in the pool and there's never overcrowding or just people doing the most. Their breakfast in the morning has a nice variety of stuff and is fresh. The rooms are always nice and clean and there's never no weird smells..

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars because it has been our companies choice for over 20 years now. The location is convenient to everything! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially Nate! Check in is fast and any special request is handled promptly. All of the hotels rooms have been recently renovated so everything is updated and quite nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is always very good and appreciated to start the day. You can't go wrong with this hotel as it's definitely run with the customer in mind.

Arrived around midnight. Guy at check in was very nice and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous and beds were very comfortable. Like the fact that the guest laundry facilities were 24 hours being I had laundry to do from our trip. It was quiet and enjoyed all the movie channels😍. Didn’t do breakfast but it being Comfort Inn I know there were lots to choose from. Definitely one of the nicest suits we’ve stayed in.

Showed up at 9:30pm and the gals working at the desk were absolutely welcoming!!! Overall very clean outdoors and indoors!! Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great variety. Pool area is very spacious. Even have an on-site bar! Overall great experience!!

Nice room with seating area with pull out couch and small side where a kid could still sleep with the couch pulled out. Kids loved the pool and the kiddy pool. Hot tub is connected to the pool and kids can climb over the wall right into the pool. The only disadvantage was that it's a popular place and there were a lot of kids.

We had an early flight the next day so they have bagged breakfasts for all those leaving early. It was very simple. However, they do have a free shuttle to the airport and there is no charge to leave your vehicle at the hotel. Not a secured lot, but right at the building. All was fine when we returned! Definitely will stay here again.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay in town and need some place to keep your kids busy then you need to check this place out . I was taken back and well, all I can say is wow. The staff at the counter was cautious and spot on. Nathon and sky !Well done kids . Now look at the rooms you won't be disappointed.. the rooms are clean . The weight room is ready for what you need to through at it. Then there is the pool . Kid friendly small toddler pool and the regular pool to keep the older kids busy. The. The hot tub .was that needed.. wow you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience. Great pool area and gym area! The morning breakfast was 5 stars. The two queen room with couch was huge. For the price, you cannot stay in a nicer hotel.

Very clean and friendly, I miss this hotel. I've been there once and my room was awesome. 2 queen beds and a pull out. The pool was BIG and there was a hot tub attached. There's also a kiddie pool that's deep enough for some little ones to 'swim'. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, like being in a restaurant. Had fun in the exercise room.

Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Staff are kind, helpful and welcoming. Very convenient location for a weary traveler like myself and their furry friends! 🐈🐕

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Conveniently located close to airport. Car was still there when we got back after 2 week vacation.

Stayed here once with my Daughter. I really liked this Comfort Suites. Reasonably priced, good service to customers including shuttle service. Lots to offer, vending, ATM, pool area open and breakfast with waffles every morning for free. Elevators for my scooter and I. Will gladly come back anytime!

Wonderfully, updated hotel. Let me start by saying if you read other reviews pay attention to how old they are. They did a remodel so old reviews don't apply anymore. Look at only the blue/grey photos of rooms not the red ones as the blue/grey are the updated rooms. Next we are a family that stays at hotels often and always leaves reviews so we know whether to return in the future or not. This is one hotel we will book again hands down without a doubt, and I am super picky about hotels. My husband also works maintenance for 3 hotels where we live, so he looks at everything in higher detail at each stay.

Now onto the actual review. The rooms are plenty spacious. We had a 2 queen room on the first floor. I purposely did not book a pool side room as I wanted to be able to retreat back to a room for kids to sleep prior to the pool closing at 10pm. The room itself had a couch (pullout) and TV upon walking in. Then you enter walk in a little further to reach the bathroom and mini kitchenette area, along with a small closet. The small fridge was a good size as it let us fit a full gallon of milk, multiple drinks, and had a small freezer space. The 2 main queen beds are just after that along with a desk and another TV. The 2 main beds were comfy and had 4 pillows each, both soft and firm pillow options. The bedding was great and didnt make you feel likeyou were in a motel or cheap hotel that went for the cheapest option. The way the room is designed it allows for the couch/pullout bed to be semi separated from the other 2 beds which is a huge plus for us! The shades on the window are amazing and block out 98% of light. I am super sensitive to light when sleeping so a hotel with bad curtains is an automatic never return again. The bathroom was a good size with tub and counter space at the sink. Everything was clean and new. The only potential issue we had was the people above us were a little loud up until about 10pm. My guess is they had kids that were running back and forth with the parents not really caring. With us having kids of our own we try to be respectful of what our kids do especially when not on the first floor.

The pool area was amazing!! First the hotel is laid out very wide so sort of feels like a little maze to get to different areas but there are signs in the halls that make it easy to navigate around. Upon entering the pool area there is a large regular pool with a jacuzzi that is connected and allows the warm water to overflow into the pool. I do not like cold water at all but the pool was decent enough for me to be in with the kids for awhile. Next to that pool is another large pool but for little toddlers and kids so it's shallow and has water coming down in two areas. The overall room felt huge and was designed well to feel comfortable.

Breakfast was good and had things like eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels and pastries, yogurt, and even waffles. Usually we make waffles but the line seemed long for whatever reason so we did other things this time. The seating area had plenty of tables and chairs along with high chairs. Definitely a lot of kids were at breakfast.

Staff were friendly each and every time we interacted with them. Overall no major complaints and happy to say we will return in the future!

The updates were wonderful! Clean, spacious room with everything we needed. Location is right by the airport and many restaurants, stores, and had stations are close by. Downtown is a short drive away. We took our dog with and the stay was great for her too.

The staff was great they went above and beyond our expectations. We arrived to breakfast a little later and the food selections were getting thin and A gentleman staffer walked across the street and got milk for us and the maids and front desk even tried to find decf coffee for me we are grateful for all the staff going the extra mile. This place deserves 5 stars 🌟 🤩

This place always has a great continental breakfast with all the fixens. The room was also great, although we had to switch rooms due the sink not draining, however they were very responsive. The moved us right away and without hassle.

This is the second time I have been targeted by the same staff member at this establishment the same lady who said I was a nuisance the first time and tried to keep my deposit because I allowed my two little nieces and nephew over for some pizza is the same woman that works first shift today that has called the police on me and had me escorted because I was on the phone with my friend walking pass the lobby to the dining area and I said a curse word so I had to leave way before my check out time and once again she’s making it to where I cannot get my deposit back I had this issue last time and it was investigated and my deposit was returned the police officers even said it was obnoxious reason I literally didn’t do anything wrong and don’t get why the front desk lady was ease dropping into my conversation in the first place I highly offended and embarrassed I literally just walked down for breakfast and couldn’t eat because I was escorted by the police right away for no valid reason

After the Hawthorne charged me for a canceled reservation (not pet friendly) and the Holiday Inn Suites claimed to be pet friendly (they're not). I had them cancel my reservation with them & asked them to find a solution to their mistake. They called Comfort Suites.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Ground floor room in the wing with other folks and their adorable pets. Standard breakfast was acceptable. King size bed after an 18 hour drive was very comfortable indeed. Front desk was helpful, professional and kind. I'll definitely stay here again.

Walked and the room smelled fresh and clean. Great bang for your buck!

Room was very well setup and spacious
