Snow is a great stylist, I had a great experience here and highly recommend the salon. I would say just make sure that you bring a picture of the style or coloring you want.

Clean! Not my cup of tea but definitely for the people who love JCPenny. A nice selection of clothes, for sure. Workers are nice, as well.

Quality at its best

There's still something about a Penny's that I love! I could always go to Amazon but there's just that good feeling of going to a store and seeing what's available with my own eyes.

Sales associate was very good ringing up customers. Patient & pleasant. Today is 12/21/18 & it was so crowded!!! Encountered a few rude customers I'd like to have trampled. My only complaint is it was very crowded at 10:15am, but they had good sales & great Associates! Gift cards for me next yr for sure!

After getting down on the floor and looking under the shelving I finally found 2 pair of exactly what I was looking for. Only one was the right size. After a bit of exploring I found a saleswoman who offered to check inventory in the back. No success and no offer to check online. Was assisted by another saleswoman who offered to check me out and walked me to the register in another area. Mixed review. 5 stars for employees.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, even though they had been working for a long time on black Friday. I saw the general manager working right alongside the rest of the employees, which is great to see. Overall, always a great experience here.

Nice selection of merchandise and great sales. Associates are always friendly and helpful. I shop there with an elderly cousin who is sometimes confused, but they're always patient with her. Thank you for that.

It was so nice to walk into a department store that's been around for as long as I can remember with out going out of business signs. The staff was awsome the clothing options were terrific 😀

Yesterday, I was looking for a shirt that I had seen on display for my husband. I asked one of the associates, Ashley, if they had it. After helping me look for it, she told me that it was out of stock, but she allowed me to have the one on display. She was extremely friendly and polite. She went out of her way to make sure that I could have what I wanted. I would definitely come back to jcpenney for their customer service. Thanks Ashley!!
