Friendly, competent, engaging cashier at POS. Clean store and a great deal on a new Sonoma denim jacket!
It’s a tad boxy but over all fits great. I’m 5’2’, 115lbs and it hits just below my waist (not a crop length at all). There’s room for a long-sleeved shirt underneath. A great find! And I went to multiple stores. This is a great classic!

Barbara at the checkout register was so helpful, personable and professional. Her information made it a pleasure to shop , she gave me tips to make it easy for me to pay at the register, and helped me set up to save at my next visit to the store in the near future.

I came in yesterday for my girls to spend a gift card and the young man behind the counter was fabulous and amazing, he even signed my youngest up for a birthday gift when he seen how excited she got when her sister got one ... Will definitely be returning

My shopping experience at Kohl's was great on Friday. The items I wanted were in stock, and on sale, and I had a % off. At checkout, the clerk "Dottielou" was so very nice and quickly got me through the line. So nice to have someone so nice and that makes you feel special during checkout.

Clean atmosphere. I was able to find shoes for the whole family on sale. They also have a good toy selection.

The Winchester, VA Kohl's is a great place to shop for children's clothing. There are usually good sale prices on clothing including men's T-Shirts. The employees at this Kohl's are very friendly and helpful. The customer service representative, Dottie Lou, was extremely helpful with explaining sales prices and how the Kohl's discounts work. I highly recommend this Kohl's store.

I went to Kohls to return an Amazon purchase. The customer service area was absolutely excellent. I am not the greatest at technology on my phone but they knew how to get me thru the process. It took no time and they were real nice and understanding. Good people in customer service.

Came to finish my Christmas shopping from out of town. Super clean and organized store even a couple days before Christmas. When it was time to check out I got in the really long line, and prepared myself to wait a while. But - nope! Those cashiers weren't playing. I was checked out in 5 minutes. They were working in true Chick-fil-a check out style! And to top it off, the cashier that checked me out had skills to carry on a small conversation and even bantered with my 5 year old! This is a rarity and I appreciated it!
