Hopewell Family Dentistry

I thought most dentists were sadists till I met Dr. Sheppard yesterday. I had a bad tooth that had been causing me pretty bad pain for a few weeks. He was able to see me within a day of calling and extracted the tooth. 24 hours later pain free.

I can't thank you enough.

Dr. Sheppard and staff are great. Cute little office right in the center of Hopewell. Administrative staff are so kind and helpful. I recommended family and friends to this place because they made me feel so safe even when I had a wisdom tooth pulled.

Hopewell Family Dentistry is an A+ practice. When I come in for my appointments, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, which is always appreciated. Dr. Sheppard is one of the best dentists I’ve gone to. He’s easy to get a long with and he takes the time to explain in detail what the treatment will be. He makes you feel at ease when you might be feeling apprehensive about a procedure. I highly recommend the practice!

Chipped a tooth this year, made an appointment and was seen within the week. This isn’t my first visit either, I went last year and really have been please with their work. Staff was energetic, friendly and did outstanding work. They are amazing with children also! Brought my 2 kids up there (3 and 4 years old) and they weren’t scared at all! Will be visiting them every yearr! Keep up the amazing work

Everyone is so nice, they treat you like family here. Highly recommend to everyone. Staff is amazing, accommodating. Dr. Shepard is very thorough explaining treatment and answering questions. My kids love coming here.

Hopewell Family Dentistry is a very nice place. The staff is kind and make sure you feel welcome and comfortable the whole time your there.
It is very clean and updated in its decor and equipment. The staff and Dentist is very well trained and make sure your never in pain.
Works very hard with insurance to get everything you need done.
I am very pleased I started going to this office and don’t plan on any changes.

Dr.Sheppard and his staff are amazing. I needed a Root Canal and during my procedure I was very nervous but they explained everything to me and took it slow to make me feel comfortable. I am very pleased with this office, and would recommend them to anyone !

Not having dental insurance for many years I was embarrassed to see a dentist until I had no choice but to see one. I was recommended to see Dr. Sheppard with Hopewell Dentistry.
Dr. Sheppard was the most gentleness dentist I have ever seen. He was very thorough and explaining my treatment plan. His assistant was very attentive and helpful. I loved the office decor. I am so glad to finally found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard and his amazing staff. Thank you!

I wish I could give more than five stars for this review. Doctor Sheppard saw both of my grandchildren, age 6 and 7 for their first dental visit and made the experience so easy. The staff is professional and welcoming. The place ran with flawless efficiency and I would recommend them highly to anyone.

The only thing bad is they are no longer excepting optima health medicaid, Because the insurance switched up.

Dr. Sheppard was very patient and gentle! The staff are all very sweet as well! My 9 y/o wasn't very excited about her simple dental procedure. He walked her through it step by step and took his time with her, she now feels very comfortable going to the dentist. We have tried so many dentist and I can finally say we found the one for us! Their great with children and do beautiful work!

The staff at Hopewell Family Dentistry are amazing. From the time you enter the door to the time you leave. You are greeted with a warm welcome. Every member is very polite and very helpful.

I couldn't be happier with a Dentist as I am with Dr. Sheppard. Dr. Sheppard listens to my concerns and is very knowledgeable. All of dental work I have had done by him is exceptional. All of the staff are excellent and provide excellent customer service. The Hygienist I see is very thorough and personable. I am so glad I found this family, because they really do make me feel at home.

I came in today with excruciating pain. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. They got me in a room within 15 minutes. My appointment was at 11, by 11:40 I was paying for my procedure and out the door. The dentist was very gentle and QUICK with my extraction. I will definitely go back for more dental work when needed.

My son was seen as an emergency patient at this dental office. He received an appointment the next day acquired his X-rays and given his diagnosis all at a reasonable cost. He definitely will be going back to get his extractions done and states that the doctors and dental technicians were excellent! Thank you for being so accommodating.

The doctor and staff are amazing! My daughter has always been very nervous at the dentist ( as we all are) these people made her comfortable and she even said she can't wait to go back.

I’ve been here every 2 weeks for the past 10 months. The staff are so warm and kind. They always have a smile on their faces. Dr. Sheppard is always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns. I can’t enough good things about them!
