Cat Care Clinic Milwaukee

Vet and her assistant did a great job of handling my uncooperative senior cat. All procedures and tests were well explained, and next day update on lab test results was thorough. Great experience. Cat Care Clinic is now my go to Vet.

We take our three cats here. It’s a little pricier than others but the expertise and care we get are worth it.They offer the latest treatments including the arthritis shot. Compassionate vet when we had to try to treat and ultimately put down my sweet Yogurt.

My cat, Jack had a weird scab on his back of the neck and I was really concerned so I brought him in. The technician as well as the doctor were both so sweet and calm. They took him back for scab retrieval for a test as well as antibiotics and a steroid shot. He also had some vaccinations he needed to get updated. Despite Jack being a rude boy, and apparently biting one of the technicians, when he tried to get away from them, they were able to treat him and within a couple weeks, his scabs had fallen off, and the hair is starting to grow back really can’t thank them enough for being so pleasant. They also gave me some anti-anxiety meds for him the next time I bring him in, so he’s a little bit more agreeable . The only feedback that I do have is that their services are a little Expensive which I didn’t mind paying because I have the capability. You can see in the picture where a chunk of hair had completely come out but is now nearly half regrown a month later.

First time visit with Meatball, my "new" 7 year old cat . Meatball came to me with no history of having been to a vet so I wasn't sure how she would do. The staff and vet made the experience very easy for both of us! Would definitely recommend Cat Care Clinic!

The best vet I've ever been to. So compassionate when it came to my elderly, diabetic cat. Honest and helpful during the entire process and her end of life care. Highly recommend their clinic.

Amazing vet! I brought my kittens here and on my way there my kittens pooped EVERYWHERE but this place was amazing and allowed me to clean them up there and were super understanding! Afterwards they were so kind and efficient with the kittens and we were in and out before I knew it and their medicine isn’t as expensive as I thought especially for a litter of kittens. Definitely would recommend this place!

Dr Stencel is the very best! She is so patient with all of our questions. Our current furry friend "Pumpkin" is getting the best care with Dr. Stencel. She helped care for our previous kitty for many years and he was 20 years old when he finally passed. We drive quite a long way to see Dr Stencel and it is more than worth it. Doc's staff is equally as terrific. We wish her all the best always!

We left our older cat gimmick - that by the way looks like the cat in this painting - for a week in what's so called boarding. Within a few days they sent us a cute post card as if gimmick wrote us telling us that she's doing good and that she misses us!

Awesome staff and made the appointment easy to get through- especially with having a kitty who doesn't do well at the vet! The veterinarian was so patient with him and answered all my questions with so much insight.

Update: This continues to be the best place we have ever found for taking our cat. Our cat deals with some pretty intense anxiety and they know exactly how to care for her so she can get her checkups. In the past animal doctors have refused to treat/see our kitty because she gets super fiesty when she is having anxiety (which obviously going to the doctor is stressful). Dr. Stencel and the techs here are so so good with her and are able to give her the full checkup. If you have an anxious or nervous kitty (or not!), I recommend bringing your cat here.

Wonderful atmosphere for my furr baby!! The ladies upfront were really nice and the nurse and doctor that saw Brownie made him feel comfortable and loved. Also, price for visit and antibiotics was not too expensive!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I found them a couple years ago when I needed an emergency visit for a sick cat during a snow storm. They were there and got me in immediately. Sadly my cat passed away and even though we were new to them, they went above and beyond when he was sick by offering to help make him comfortable while we waited for the hospital to see him. When he passed, within a couple days, their care for him and us was more than we could ask for! I have continued to take my other cats to them since and they always are professional and nice. They pay attention to every detail and go out of their way to make your visit personable and comfortable for your loved pet. I recommend them to everyone I know and I am so happy I found such an amazing place, that I trust, to take care of my cats.

Have been using this clinic for years! They KNOW cats! Unfortunately, parking sucks, but it is what it is!

I brought my kitty in because she was having trouble going to the bathroom. After three days of still having trouble they squeezed me in the same day to get her some relief. The doctor is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be bringing my cat back.

Our 13 year old Betty has always been a brat when she is at the vet, growling and hissing before she is out of her carrier. The staff and doctor take it in stride, and are willing to sedate her for the exam. Professional, caring, and they don’t look for opportunities to add to the bill. When an expensive specialist was unable to cure her, Dr.. Christensen treated her and I’m sure added to her life. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been bringing my cats to the Cat Doctor for over 20 years. I work in the theater and am in Milwaukee when I’m doing a show I’ve been lucky enough to have my cat(s) come with me. Though the practice has changed hands, the same level of care my cat received on his last wellness visit was consistent with all my previous visits. I’ve brought adult, senior, geriatric and young cats alike and I feel fortunate to have had a veterinary practice like this one care for my cats in a consistently caring manner for so long. I highly recommend this vet.

We've been taking our cat Tasha to The Cat Doctor for over 5 years. They've been unfailingly attentive, kind, professional, and courteous. Tasha was 9 years old when we rescued her, and she's now a very healthy and happy "Senior", thanks to the excellent care from The Cat Doctor!

I highly recommend this place to everyone. They’re our regular vet for our two tabby’s. One of our cats got very ill and not only did they help but checked back with us multiple times. The new vet is awesome! Appreciate this place for being my cat back to life

The Cat Dr saw my kitty until the very end.. they are so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They gave me all my options and supported my kitties well-being in every way. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Christensen and her team are knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate. I feel like I get the best care for my cat here. My partner and I have taken our cat here over four years. Its a great clinic for skittish cats since only other cats come here. This clinic has a personal touch too, we get appointment reminders with pictures of our cat of it. Sometimes for special events cats get free toys. An added bonus is the decor. Cat lovers will feel at home here.
