Big Lots

The staff are always friendly here. And I usually find a great stuff, including grocery products that are cheaper than Walmart. Found monkfruit sweetener $3 cheaper than Walmart, same brand, same size. I always get collagen powder here for $5 dollars than when the same size is on sale at Publix and $12 cheaper for the same size of Vital Proteins at Walmart. Just the other day I unexpectedly found some deals for Christmas gifts with pajama bottoms for men and delicious smelling candles for my mom. And when I moved into my home 2 years ago with nothing but a bed and a dresser, I bought a ton of kitchen, guestroom, and living room items, including my wonderful comfy couch. Big Lots has become one of my fave places to shop for all the deals I can find there.

I would give 10 stars thanks to Philip in the furniture department in prince george Va. Philip has the best customer service experience that I’ve seen in a very long time he made my experience fall in love with big lots now I visit the store more than any other store. Philip made my day everytime he helped me he has a great attitude and he just makes everything so much better and easier Kudos to Philip

Big Lots is a great place to find a plethora of items and the customer service is awesome as well!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I had an issue with a defective item that was ordered online and delivered from this store. I spoke with Philip and he was so understanding and helpful and went over and above with customer service. He and the manager made it right. I highly recommend this location!

Great place to shop always. The customer services always so helpful and kind. Thanks for the great shopping experiences I come often. Nothing has really changed the customer service is still great and one of the neatest stores I've seen actually. You always are able to find great deals. Way cheaper than the supermarket that's for sure like food Lion and Walmart outrageous sometimes. Thanks again for another great experience. I took my grandson into the store to get him a couple of toys. And of course he picked them out himself. They are treats for good behavior. thank you God with you it is not about our performance with you.

Nice clean store with plenty of well stocked shelves to make your shopping experience go smoothly. Very nice staff eager to assist shoppers find their needed items. I highly recommend this location. Prices are good, I made quite a few purchases.

Besides the fact that this Big Lots was clean, brightly lit and well stocked, we found our pool inflatable toys on sale!! Thank you Big Lots. Plus we had an absolutely fabulous and friendly cashier who deserves 5 stars too.

Huge store with lots of options to choose from. Everything from food to furniture.

It is very nice after a holiday. The sales are phenomenal. The cashiers are really nice, and very professional. I do however miss the Big Lots in Colonial Heights. It seemed to me that there was a larger variety and just it was a bit more comfortable to me than the one here. But all in all I would recommend it if you have a few extra bucks and a little bit of time on your hands.

The cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in, and I've been in a few. The most organized, very spacious. Alyssa, the cashier, was very kind. Going back to look into furniture. I see that the customer service was not too good in the furniture dept. I had an excellent shopping experience today.

I love Big Lots always have the best prices and the merchandise is unbelievable what you find. There always a cashier to help you when you get to the check out area. Friendly associates if you need help. A greeting when you walk in to the building with a smile. Great experience every time.
