James Oswald has done a great job with my family's insurance needs. He has been very responsive throughout the process (both email and by phone) and has taken great care in answering my many questions. At first, I was uncertain and a bit uncomfortable about doing business with someone I had only met over the phone, especially given he was in a different state, but James did a wonderful job in building a relationship with me - getting to know our needs and reviewing the different options available to my family. He even went as far as looking up providers and hospitals in my area to give me a feel for the quality and ease of care we would be receiving. James made me feel comfortable and has earned my trust. I would definitely recommend working with him!

Our representative Michael was fantastic. From the first phone call, all the way to making sure our insurance cards arrived - Michael was exceptional.

I had put off getting health coverage for months. If I had known that I'd get the most amazing customer service from Mona at insurancecarenow.com I would have called a long time ago. Mona was incredible! She was unbelievably helpful and friendly and really took her time to find the best policies for me and my budget. I'm beyond happy with my health care coverage plan and already feel such a relief lifted off my shoulders. Insurance Care Now is a 10 out of 10, would recommend!

After putting my info into the Marketplace website I received about 100 calls from insurance reps. I only answered one of the calls, and it was from Marie at Insurance Care Now. She has helped me get the best insurance for me twice at this point and she's been so incredible to work with. So knowledgable! I've shared her contact info with no less than 10 people, some of which who have gotten insurance through her and has an incredible experience as well. Can't recommend Marie and this company enough!!

My experience with Josh at Insurance Care Now, was perfect. He was
professional, intelligent and informative. I really felt that Josh had my
best interest at heart. My cousin Pamela referred him to me and told me he was kind and supplied a great policy custom for her needs. Josh did the same for myself as well. Go Josh!!

At first I was very skeptical doing business over the phone but these guys were very professional and knowledgeable I decided to give them a shot, and man am I glad I did! I was only looking for health insurance and possibly dental if I could afford it, and I ended up getting a Blue Cross medical policy, dental AND vision, and even a life insurance policy worth $150,000 and it has what they call "living benefits" so if I get sick I can use the money while living to pay all my bills. Thank you to my agent for getting me all this coverage for under $200/month, unbelievable! I'm very grateful for this company as everyone else was trying to sell me some "no name" insurance that I later found out wasn't even real insurance. With these guys you'll get REAL major medical insurance. I vouch for them and would refer anyone I know to these guys as they took great care of me! Very pleased customer here!!

I have been in the insurance industry for 31 years. Living in South Florida, I have a new appreciation for LEGITIMATE insurance agencies. Insurance Care Now offers an array of products and services that fall directly in line (in the health, life, vision and dental markets) with what any consumer would need. The agents are well informed on their products, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond expected.

I've read several reviews that were not favorable to this agency and completely disagree. One appears to be a disgruntled employee (and holds no water to the actual professionalism I've experienced).

I would highly recommend anyone looking for insurance to give this company a call. You will not be disappointed.
