Jersey Mike's Subs

Just recently I stopped by for dinner, & experienced a new employee's 1st day on the job. It was clear the she had been trained well, what made the experience superb was her natural delivery of great customer service which cannot be taught. Either you have good people skills or you don't, this young lady had it!

Totally impressed with Jersey Mike's! First time customer ordering a gluten free sub. The preparation steps were so well done! First sub I've had in 5 years and it was amazing!! Thank you JM and JM employees!!

Easy Ordering thru Grub Hub. Very fast delivery. The regular sub was bulky and awesome! Lots of meat and toppings. Great sandwich.

My new favourite place to get subs. Ordered an original Italian and it was delicious. There was a girl that works there that was wearing a mask and had curly hair in a bun and she made sure my first time trying jersey mike's was a great experience. I was taking a while to order since I haven't been here before but she was patient and gave me great suggestions based on what I said I liked. The place is also clean with a great atmosphere. Will no longer be going to subway or jimmy john's

We love sub sandwiches and Jersey Mike's is our favorite out of all. The price is higher but completely worth it for the quantity, service and most of all TASTE! The bread is perfect, there are choices- but not so many that it takes forever to decide & order. We've had the turkey provolone ("Mike's way") and Philly cheese steak. On Tuesdays there's a deal & for $20 we can get 2 subs that easily feed 4 👍

Jersey Mike's is a great community partner to local nonprofits with their Month/Day of giving. On top of that they have amazing subs that are made fresh. The app is super easy to order your sub. When I went to pick up the subs, all the staff had huge smiles and were very polite and thankful for my order. My new favorite place to get a sub!

I ordered the turkey, roast beef and bacon sub had the rosemary bread and mayo with oregano and a little salt the sandwich was great and the meat is freshly sliced with lettuce cheese and tomatoes it was great. The manager Shawntyl made it for me himself He was kind, cautious and friendly with a smile always on his face. I took the menu and the card telling how to order by phone home for my daughters since they order food and I go get it I want them to share in the super fresh experience

The staff at this location is always top notch. I've been to the Jersey Mike's in Brookfield and other locations and the staff is 100x better and faster at this location. They make the subs quicker than most fast food places and they get the order right every time. They are also friendly and recognize repeat customers and know exactly what they want.

Great service. The lady was prompt and patient. The employees kept their conversation low in the back very professional. I'm impressed with the level of cleanliness. I was in awe just watching a lady clean she was detailed. U c when pride is taken at work. Lovely crew of African Queens

I deliver door dash and I never have to wait for my orders when I arrive at your restaurant! I deliver the lunch shift and the ladies that I usually see there are very polite and do a great job. They are super friendly, give service with a smile, and I appreciate

Decided to try this location out today, there was a mix up and delay with my order but the young woman behind counter was sweet and hooked me up with a coupon for a free sub. With friendly service like that I'll be there again

My new favorite sub shop. Good customer service and #2 done mikes way is the most flavorful cold sandwich I’ve ever had. Keep up the good work. Would be cool to see some more discount opportunities.

This was the FIRST time we ever ordered anything! Never heard of this place until my honey was coming home from work and asked what I wanted..sent me a picture so I looked up the menu, UNBELIEVABLE SUBS!!! NOOO more cousins! This place is awesome! Wow. Nice freshed bread. I visit jersey miked a lot and some times the freshly baked bread is a day or two old and some times frozen and rethawed. You can taste that. I ordered a number of giant size sandwiched and they werr all well made and on FRESH bread. It really made a difference. Thank you for the fresh bread and good service !! Oh....and did I say bacon....yup. i did now. I normally see a lump of slightly burned cold bacon in grease to preserve it he bacon, but they had theit big vat of bacon that as freshly.cooked, but still had some room to cook as they warmed it up in their cooking surface. Great JOB !

If you haven't(or even if you have) been to Jersey Mike's, I'd highly advise you to go. Specifically to the one on Ogden. The manager, whose name now escapes me, helped me figure out what I wanted to try and made it great. I had the 42 and will highly recommend that, but they have so many choices. Certainly worth the trip
