From the minute I walked in the receptionist was so wonderful! Joel Shultis was very knowledgeable, nice,friendly and so helpful!! He makes sure your hearing aid is just right and answered all my questions. Joel is very caring and helped me to get hearing again. It was a great experience!! The level of care is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!!

After many failed attempts to contact the center. I was finally able to contact the local center myself meanwhile Greg had received a notice of my problem and reported the I had a severe ear ache since Friday. They listened and advised me to see my family Dr. When Greg learned about the possibility of an end-cap stuck in my ear he requested that I stop and see him. He determined the cause of the pain was an end capsule had become stuck in my ear camel, which he quickly pulled out. He did a fantastic job!

Professional and quality service. Katie made me feel that she was taking personal interest that I could hear well. She made every effort to adjust my hearing aids beyond the results of the hearing test so that I could hear clearly without distortion from background noise.

We were having hearing aids serviced. We were able to schedule an appointment very easily and our issues were solved at the appointment. Easy people to communicate with.

I can not say enough good things about South Milwaukee’s HearingLife. Katie is so personable, caring, and willing to go the extra mile to assure that the hearing is at its best. Anyone going to that facility can be sure to be greeted like a long time friend by Tara (the receptionist) and Katie and leaving with the same feeling.

KATHERINE Lazzara was my hearing specialist she was extremely professional. She answer all my questions s And fixed the problem I was having with my Hearing aids. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM again and hope that Ms Lazzara is there to take care of any problems I may have
