Delaware Arthritis

Dr. Pando was very thorough with my first visit with him. He was patient and kind, and he asked lots of questions to help with a diagnosis. He gave me ideas to help me get better and feel better through my journey. He was also very personable. He was highly recommended to me by a friend, and I’m very glad I was able to get an appointment with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sometimes there is a delay in getting appointments because this is a busy office but they try their best to accommodate. Thorough, professional and caring. I am pleased with the recommendations of lifestyle changes that finally worked for me to lose over 70 pounds in a year. It has helped my fibromyalgia tremendously along with other chronic conditions. I feel younger, have more energy and enjoy life and shopping for clothes a lot more.

I was very pleased with the care I was given on my first visit. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Dr Vuppala was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns. I look forward to returning to receive the care I need.

I needed a prescription refilled by Dr. Benson, who unfortunately departed before sending the prescription to my pharmacy. I called the office, left a message on the prescription refill line and within hours I received a call back confirming receipt of my message and advising the refill prescription had already been sent to my pharmacy. Great job. Thank you.

Dr V is one of the most knowledgable and caring physicians I’ve encountered. My condition has been complex and she always takes time to listen as well as address my concerns. I never feel rushed and she calls me back as well in between appointments if I have questions. A+++++ care!!

The reception Desk is a well oiled machine with patient and pleasant assistants. The office areas and Lobby are sparkling clean. Last, the location is in prime location with easy access. I appreciate and am grateful for this care.

Dr. Vuppala is knowledgeable, thorough, a brilliant physician who truly cares about her patients. She is a good listener and always pleasant and friendly. She is conservative and wise with medication to correct the issues needing to be addressed and has helped reduce my husband's arthritis pain significantly. I've been with Dr. Pando since April of 1998. He's so patient and caring of of his patients. He explains everything to you, and he doesn't rush in to see you and rush out. He takes his time with you.

I felt PA really listen to my issues and proceeded to request a complete set of lab tests to ensure she has good picture of my issues.

Always receive excellent care. Jenn Rahn is so conscientious and has lowered the amount of medications that I take. When you take a lot of medications, that is a big deal!

The doctor was very knowledgeable and had excellent listening skills. She put my information together and was able to give me a tentative diagnosis for my condition. We can now work through confirming and hopefully treating it so I can have a functioning life again. The office staff was very nice, quick to follow up and comfortable to work with. It was a very impressive first visit for me.
