I would like to express my gratitude and honestly the joy that overcame me when shopping at this Lowe’s. The young man Vince in the pro section helped me so much. I purchased some tools and opened a line of credit. I got the my discount and walked away happy with the service I got. My loyalty now belongs to Lowes, sorry Home Depot you just can’t compete. The customer service people were welcoming and warm. The knew the store and asked me if I needed some help right when I walked in. I will be coming back here for now on. Keep up the good work Lowes!

Lowe's is the closest home improvement store to my house, so I shop there regularly. It's so convenient to order a bag of soil or mulch and use the app to indicate when you arrive. Workers bring it right to the designated pickup space number. I can also let the store know if I send my spouse. Very convenient!

The store assistant manager Matt, and Arturo in appliances, were helpful and knowledgeable and got things done. Highly recommend. I give Lowe's all my business.

For a big box store, we’ve gotten good service from the appliance department. James and Josh helped us and provided us with information and all we needed to get a dishwasher!
Now—we’ll see if the dishwasher arrives!!

What a great experience Saturday evening at Lowes. Too young employs, Justin in the garden center and Patrick at the front end went well above than what was expected. as I was checking out, Patrick came over assistant the cashier thanked me for my service, and insisted that he was going to assist me with the block that I had purchased. Now mind you it was pouring rain. He insisted that he not only push the cart filled with blocks, but also loaded them into my vehicle. A thank you to both young man.

I needed help in the garden section of Lowes. Gary answered my questions in a friendly, knowledgeable way.
The elderly woman @ the customer service desk was of little help to me & she was somewhat rude.
I understand that working @ the courtesy desk must get very trying, but that was the job given to her.
To put a grouchy lady @ the customer service desk does little for customer service.
I left the desk thinking that I’d just go over to Home Depot to see if someone there could answer my questions.
That’s when I met Gary.
A gem of an employee!!!
Because of his kindness, I continued my shopping @ Lowes.

Great place to go to get a little bit of everything. With road construction the entrance was moved but it is still open. I recently loaded up on all the items needed to get my lawn ready for the upcoming summer season. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. You should definitely stop in.

Lewes Lowes Rocks! I had a bad experience with the Millsboro Lowes last month. (See my slightly salty review for details) I wanted to buy a dishwasher over the phone to have installed in our Coastal Cottage in Ocean View, DE and though Millsboro was closer, the Lewes store .....wait for it. Answered the phone!

I want to give you money, please take my money, I want to buy a dishwasher - just answer your phone!

Well, Lewes Lowes came through! I bought the KitchenAid dishwasher (the only one that has controls on the front) and it was installed by All American Electric out of Greenwood, DE. They did a super job and everything went smoothly and I even saved $200 bucks through the 4th of July sale!

Lewes Lowes also cheerfully refunded me for 2 peripheral items that were not needed, after all, in the install. Thanks, Lewes Lowes, you beat your Millsboro sister store in customer service and by mostly, answering your phone!

Lowe’s is my go to place when I need something for my electrical and remodeling business, The employees are friendly and there’s always someone there to help when I need something.

Visited the garden center. Lots of beautiful plants at reasonable prices. Bought 10 bags of mulch. They loaded it up for me, so never needed to touch a thing.

Had fabulous customer service from Donna in the garden center. Was searching for trailing vinca. Donna helped me look but none available. She took my name and called me when the came in.

Just wanted the store manager to be aware that the men in the paint department have been wonderful. I'm repainting my entire home and made several trips for paint. I've been very satisfied each time. They've all been kind and helpful. Please recognize all who work in that area.

A couple weeks ago, I went to get lumber for some closet projects and Kyle was an amazing help. Kyle helped me select what wood was best for my project and cut it for me. He went above and beyond what I'm sure was required of him.

Best Lowe's! Extremely big with a lot of items. The store is very clean. Every associate was professional and courteous. I was asking a lot of questions and they were all answered friendly and thorough. Wonderful service!

With Home Depot being thier literal neighbor, there is absolutely nothing you should be not able to find in a store that sells such things. Do It Yourself (DIY) peoples place of comfort!

I have better luck getting in and out of Lowe's quicker than Home Depot just down the road on Rt 1.

We had a complicated return of an online order because another store mixed up labels and parts of the order were missing. Trudy and Donna and their team handled the situation very well, despite the busy weekend traffic, and we very much appreciated their help in getting a full refund.

Many thanks to customer service Donna Doetzler who worked to solve an ancient gift card mystery for Mr. Her resourcefulness and patience were appreciated. Good customer service is rare, but excellent customer service is almost nonexistent. Thanks again!

I shop this Lowe's regularly. It has been somewhat basic with respect to service.
However, yesterday was an exceptional 5 star day. Chris in doors and windows could not have been more helpful and informative. Then, Alfonza in blinds was just as amazing in his help and going the extra mile to answer our questions.
Maybe it's new leadership or just a good day but Lowe's hit a home run!!!
