I am new to the area but as a person who wears suits everyday, I needed a dry cleaning service I can depend on. I found the service at Lily’s to be good and the people friendly and welcoming.

I drove 30 minutes to have a suit & shirt pressed per a customer recommendation. Since I made a bit of a trip, I was happy to pay a little extra for express service so I could just sit and wait for it and not have to drive back and forth. I accidentally came into the shop while the crew was at lunch, and even though I was happy to wait, they were super accommodating and got it done right away for me anyway.

Nice establishment with very good, prompt, and friendly service. Will return when I need alterations.

I have taken now over 20 items on 4 separate occasions and every time the clothing has come back perfectly. I have had several alterations done with exceptional quality and efficiency. By far the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. Incredibly friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They told me a week for some of my items and they were done early. I won't go anywhere else.

My husband has been taking his work suits here for years. They do a great job! They have even repaired missing buttons or holes in my husband's pants. They've also done alterations for him. They always treat us like family. They greet my husband by name and ask how our family is doing-we love that! It's nice to know that they actually care about their customers.

Stellar service every time I go in. I get my suits and shirts dry cleaned every week and they are so helpful and accommodating. By far the best experience I have ever had in my years of getting dry cleaning done.

Stopped in to Lily’s this afternoon with a ripped pair of my favorite dress pants. I was so distraught that I might lose another pair of work pants. The kindsest gentleman stopped what he was doing to help me get them fixed. He didn’t even charge me for sewing them up. My dress pants were fixed and I was able to take them home right away! It was such a nice gesture that was greatly appreciated.

A great local cleaner and small business. I started using them to launder my dress shirts a few months back and I've been happy with eveything they have done.

Just today, I went in to pick up my shirts and I realized I had left my wallet at home. I apologized and said I'd stop off tomorrow but the owner insisted that I take my shirts now and just pay whenever I drop off my next load.

What great service and a throwback to the "leave it to beaver days" where everyone knew their local small business owners.

First time here. Got an alteration done in 1 day. He spot cleaned the jacket for me too. Great attitudes and great service. Would recommend!

Have been using Lily's for 6+ years. Never lost or damaged an item, will work on tight deadlines, reasonable pricing. They are the kindest family.

With large orders they have delivered. Nothing they will not do for their customers.

Living in Milwaukee downtown, we're willing to make the drive down to get dry cleaning done. They're just that good. Have had alterations, cleaning and repairs done all were perfect. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Exceptional service, friendliest staff ever. We came from Italy and were in desperate need for a dry cleaning place. Fast and efficient work, everything on time and they kept the brightest smile, always. Will definitely be back.

I've been bringing my clothes to Lily's for years. Always great service. They do a wonderful job hemming my pants.....can't even tell they were altered!

I have been taking my clothes here for years. Just recently I was in a jam and needed a last minute suit alteration for a wedding. she got it done with only a couple days notice in the middle of summer. She always remembers my name too.

They do an amazing job over there, was able to remove deep stains from the 90’s! Best dry cleaners in the Midwest by far!

Friendly honest old world service by a family owned shop! Alterations and minor tailoring are always a reasonable charge.
