My Pitbull’s tail was in so much pain they were able to take him in immediately. He’s also not dog friendly and they were very accommodating with that. Dr. Rieck was very patient with him and took his time to get my dog to feel comfortable would 100% recommend!!

The staff is so dedicated to providing affordable and accessible health care for our pets. They are very down to earth and compassionate. These people are truly in it for the love of animals and not the money. I’d especially like to thank Diane, Brandy, and Dr Buley. Babs and Pook love you guys ! Also thank you to the receptionist who I spoke to on the phone who was so nice and helpful. Thanks for all you do!

Lastly, the wait may be long but that is not the staffs fault. If anything it is due to the fact that they are providing quality care to many animals. Plan to bring something to work on or watch something on your phone so you don’t feel impatient .

Today we took our dog Titan to see Dr. Zack and we can't say enough about how incredible he was with our pup. He took time to get to know Titan before examining him and sat down on the floor to be on his level. It was very sweet. Dr. Zack also listen to our concerns. I wouldn't bring our Pitty anywhere else for treatment from this day forward. Thank you St. Paul Vet and ALL the staff. A bunch of wonderful people!! ❤🥰

Best Vet I've ever been to. EVERY SINGLE PERSON who worked there was not only polite and accommodating but never guilted me about my very sick dog. They helped me find the funding to pay! Not one person I talked to at EVERY OTHER vet in town ever suggested care credit, these guys did. I was able to get my beloved dog the care she needed and was overwhelmingly satisfied with that care. Thank you to every one there. 4 paws up highly recommend.

We really like taking our cats to see Dr. Zack Rieck. He’s got a very sweet domineer in addition to being quite informative. No unnecessary testing and the price for medications + exam was very reasonable. We’ve been coming here for years and we’ve also brought dogs. The only downside is the long wait time due to it being a walk-in clinic. However, once we were taken back, I feel like he really took his time with us and answered all of my questions with patience and compassion.

My sick kitty and I waited 3 1/2 hours to see the doctor and still I'm giving St Paul Vet 5 stars. That's because the doctors here are very good caring people who do a great job. But they're extremely overworked because there aren't enough vets right now. The office staff does a great job managing the never ending stream of pets. I would recommend!

1st time going to St. Paul’s and I LOVE them! The surgeon that took my cat Cookies infected cervix out, was the sweetest! He was so reassuring and so gentle. The staff is super friendly too. Id recommend this animal hospital to anyone! Thank you to everyone there being so awesome with cookie! I was so scared to leave her there and they were so reassuring, that I left with so much less anxiety than I did when I got there. She is healing perfectly and I will definitely be bringing all of my animals here if I ever have any issues again. 10 stars out of 5

GREAT Experience: My dog broke his nail and my regular vet couldn't see us for a week so I went here. I brought my dog in for a broken nail and the vet numbed it, removed it, and bandaged it up. He even trimmed all his other nails too while he was at it. I really appreciated that because my dog is prone to cracked nails. The bill was reasonably priced seeing that it is a walk-in clinic and they do first come, first serve. Much better than taking him to an emergency vet which could have been 2x or 3x the amount of money. I was only charged for the service I requested and no medications or other services were pushed on me. I was given the option to take home pain meds, but the vet and I both agreed the nail didn't bother him so it would be pointless. I did read previous reviews and I have to say based upon my recent experience there, all the negative reviews don't line up with how great their service was. All the employees seemed to really care and were nice and friendly. The prices were more than reasonable compared to other vets. But keep in mind, owning a pet, just like having a child, is always going to be pricey if something goes wrong.

New policy: call from home earlier in the day to do a pre-check-in, then call again from the parking lot to check-in. They don't have staffing to take everyone like they used to (local vet staff shortage, not a comment on their excellent compassion and animal care)

The doctors are very friendly and thorough. They make things affordable. I love that they have walk-in service and they take their time working with the pets to make them comfortable. Dr. Zach is wonderful and Dr. Singh just did surgery on my cat. It was a lifesaving measure. They are sensitive to the pets and our pet families.

Our 185 pound Mastiff (was 220) has osteosarcoma. He underwent leg amputation at UW Madison a week ago. The surgeon wanted his primary vet to do his after care by changing his bandage yesterday. Unfortunatly he refused to do. Thankfully Dr Singh at St Paul agreed to do it even though he has never seen our dog as a patient before.

He was quick, he knew exactly what he was doing and how the bandage should he applied. His staff was courteous and helpful when holding him up so that the bandage could be wrapped around his rib cage. He did a much better job wrapping him then they did when he was at UW Madison.

Going forward all of my animals will be treated and seen at St Paul animal hospital.

This is the place to go in MKE for emergency vet services. High-quality care and exceptional clinic staff for a reasonable price. There’s going to be wait wherever you go, similar to a normal ED - but this vet clinic, is truly worth the wait.

St. Paul Vet is great! Well priced for their services. I recommend get your pet's script there then going to another pharmacy to get the script filled simply because of the price.

On the vets and techs - they are all so friendly and really take good care of the pets. I've been going there for a few years and my pets are always well taken care of, my questions answered.

Please keep your pet leashed or kenneled when you go there.

St. Paul has always been a consistent part of caring for our pet. We recently had to take her in to prepare for her end of life. She had been sick for awhile and there was nothing else we could do but make her comfortable. St. Paul was patient and compassionate with her. We were able to be with her until the end. We are so grateful to St. Paul and the services they provide. Honey was in a safe environment, around those she loved and able to transition peacefully.

It's was a long wait to get in and see the veterinarian but it was worth it. I take my dog and cat here. I recommend them to anyone who asks me

I like that you call and wait on your car until they call you. It can be a very long wait at times and that is the only negative. I have been taking my pets here for over 10 years. We have 6 animals that are currently being taken care of here. The price is reasonable and I love the current vets and other staff. They are normally always helpful

I've been bringing all my dogs t9 this clinic after taking one of them to a different vet in town and St.Pauls has some of the best pricing. The negative now is that you are best off calling in advance and scheduling an appointment because they don't let you in the building without you calling in to schedule an appointment.

Dr Singh is a miracle worker! We recently brought our very sick dog that had little to no chance of making it. When we thought all hope was lost, he saved our Pearly-Mae! He has true compassion for our fur-babies! I can't say enough good things about the care and concern the doctor and the staff showed us!
