Main Street Pharmacy

I've taken my 82 year old mother and myself here for 2 vaccines and a booster. My mother was an RN for four decades and has nothing but praise for the protocols followed and professionalism they employ here for vaccines. We live just blocks away from this pharmacy and have watched it grow over the years into a tiny niche that fulfills a great need in our small community. They try to have at least one of anything you'd buy somewhere else OTC and that small town general store integrity everyone loves.

Main Street Pharmacy is one of the best compounding pharmacies in town They are making a special cream available for cancer patients!!! They also have Semaglutide weight loss shots on site. OMG amazing. The staff are so kind and professional. I'm going to make this my pharmacy for all my prescriptions.

Very nice people! And very accommodating. Someone recommended them to me as a great place for a Covid shot. Took me right in. I got lucky they'd just had a cancellation so they gave me the shot right on the spot. That tells me they see people, not just processes and procedures. They administered the shot with great care and compassion and had me stay a few minutes to make sure i was OK. Good people!

It is impossible for me to say be happier with my service here. Due to a mix up at the airport we had to get a PCR test urgently and with absolutely no time to spare, Main Street Pharmacy stepped up and rushed us through ridiculously fast, way quicker than we could ever expect. Thank you so much, still currently on our way to the flight but we wouldn't have have a chance to get there without you. Thank you so much

Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Tina went out of her way to help me get the right medicine and help me save money! She worked very hard on my behalf and it’s appreciated. I picked up my prescription in the store and the young lady that waited on me was terrific - friendly, smiling and efficient. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

I don't provide feedback usually. Although, this team deserved me to say how amazing they are. Always going above and beyond for their customers. They are adding value add services and products on a daily basis. You can even get it delivered now. Team, Thank you for what you do for me.

I wish there were more stars to give Main Street Pharmacy! They are an example of the ultimate in customer service... knowledge of product, timely service, friendly staff, superior communication skills and reasonable prices are their trademark. Most of all they are caring, compassionate and willing to help when needed. They have gone the "extra mile" to help me and are greatly appreciated.

The best pharmacy in town. There was no wait period for my script, even as a first time customer. And afterwards on my refills they delivered them straight to my home. Anytime I called there was no typical series of prompts typical in the big chains; they answer at once and presented all options on my meds and insurance needs... A perfect all around experience, top-notch.

Now this is a family pharmacy. They have our prescription ready on time, every time. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable owners/compounder. Tina is the best! It took us so long to find a reliable and nearby pharmacy to compound a specialty medication, and after trying several other places, Main Street Pharmacy surpassed our expectations.

Out family have used Main Street for the past few years and are always pleased. We love the personal family they give to everyone and the prices are excellent. We highly recommend MSP, they have always taken very good care of us.

I stopped in because I needed stamps. They do not sell them but I was given one , and the nice woman behind the counter refused to accept my payment. Just wanted to thank you for this kind gesture which was so welcome at the end of a long work week.

I am a third generation Safety Harbor born and raised member of my family. This is our little ‘oasis’ or ‘paradise’ as we call it all the time. With all the construction and the new ‘vision’ for Safety Harbor to be a tourist destination which is very disheartening for many longtime homeowner residents.

My family is 100% Anti-Corporate that they are turning our beautiful little town into. Unfortunately, we have no voice in the matter and eventually it will be completed and I’m sure we will shower experience all the signs of a ‘Snow Bird or Tourist’, which I’m not against someone coming to Florida to have vacation, but with SOOOO many beautiful beaches and tourist destinations in Pinellas County alone, I have to ask why Safety Harbor..... such a small tight nit town that has so little problems we don’t even have our own police department.

While I have no control on the direction my hometown is taking, I do have the control to avoid Corporate Businesses, especially on Main Street and go to places like ‘Main Street Pharmacy’ who treats me so kindly, goes above and beyond, and our just absolutely amazing. Walgreens sure isn’t like that.... and you probably won’t find such an awesome Ma and Pa type of Pharmacy anywhere in the region! As long as they are in business I am a devoted customer. They are just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

I am 93 years old, and I have never been treated with so much kindness and compassion that I have received from the staff at Main Street pharmacy in Safety Harbor. They make you feel like you are their only customer

The staff went above and beyond to help me get the right medication (after my doctor’s office sent them the wrong script). They provided excellent customer service and I will certainly be a repeat customer.
