Reallyyyy loved this place! Have walked by over a hundred times with my Mom and dog. Dad has stage 4 cancer and we don't like leaving him home alone very long. They got us in last minute and since it's right around the corner, Dad could nap while we did our quick outing together! The salon doesn't have any harsh chemical smells, the interior is gorgeous and both of our nail techs helped us with our colors. (We had a hard morning... We knew what we wanted-ish, but we were frazzled & couldn't decide...) Both technicians took their time, but stayed within our time slots so we could get home to be with Dad when he woke up. They have snacks and beverages should you want to imbibe. It honestly made us feel comfortable and grateful they were so thoughtful here. Besides nails, they also pierce ears. We saw a little girl get her ears pierced. Her big sister video-ed it for her. The man who pierced her ears walked her through the whole process and she had a nice experience. This place is fantastic! Highly recommend!

This was my go to nail salon. Everyone is so nice and professional. I recently visited with my sister and had an issue with my manicure service. They immediately took my concern serious and made it right. This will always be my go to nail salon when I’m in town. Thank you for being clean and professional ❤

I absolutely loved it here, and I loved what I got. I got acrylic nails with gold and white marbling, and my nail tech delivered. Good environment, good service, lovely people!

Bright, clean nail salon with friendly staff. VERY happy with my manicures! In fact, the 2nd photo (red polish) was taken 2 1/2 weeks AFTER getting my manicure! Kayla is a perfectionist and made sure it would last through the holidays! No chipping or peeling! Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time as they currently do not allow walk-ins.

Loved this place. Everyone was very friendly and my nails look great! I'm always hesistant to get my nails done because (even with gel) I manage to chip them in 2-3 days. Its been 10 days and I my nails have not chipped one bit. I've cleaned, washed my hair, worked out, done the dishes...and the gel is still looking good. Will be back for sure!

This was my first experience with Qticles on the recommendation of a friend. I was very pleased and will certainly return. The woman who was my manicurist was Susie.

I’ve done my fair share of “nail salon shopping” around Milwaukee and the greater area, and Qticles in Shorewood is by far the best. Here’s why:

- They are professional and experienced
- They are kind
- They clearly care about their craft and customer service
- Everything is clean
- They gave us candy, haha

But really - the attention to detail was spot on. My tech asked me constantly if things were to my liking and listened to me. I’m so satisfied with my experience I won’t go anywhere else. It’s no surprise that they have long-term clients who’ve been coming in for 10 years. I hope to do the same!

I got my usual dip manicure (+ removal). They removed my previous dip faster than I’ve ever experienced before, and they did so gently and without drying the hell out of my skin with acetone (they use the proper cotton ball/foil wrap method).

For the past few months my dip manicures from other places started to chip or lift, which is annoying. I’ll put an update about how this one lasts since this was my first at this location, but I fully expect things will be totally fine until my next appointment.

⭐Update! — Everything in my original review still stands. I’m about 2 weeks with these dip nails and they look fantastic. That’s with me going to a heavy weightlifting gym 3x a week (so I’m definitely not gentle with my hands). Any other place I’ve gone, the grow out and chipping def would be starting or bad by now. But not with these. I’m thrilled!

We had the BEST experience here with our bachelorette party group of 11. The team got us all done in shifts and we were done in two hours. They were incredibly accommodating and we had the girls who weren’t getting their pedicures at the table in back. It was a clean and classy setting, the staff was very kind and professional and the pedicure was fantastic. FIVE STARS!!!

I’ve had several gel manicures here by multiple staff. Each one has been great. The space is pretty and clean and the staff are professional. I recommend it.

I’ve had many lovely appointments here. They’re easy to get in contact with (I really enjoy the texting option for booking appointments) and my pedicures always come out great. The staff is friendly and the snacks/drinks available during appointments is a nice perk. Would recommend!

The best nail salon in the Milwaukee area. Extremely calm atmosphere, very clean, and the nail techs know what they are doing.

A spectacular job - they have a number of brands of gel polish and the space is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this nail salon. She took her time and made sure they were perfect.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost 10 years. I’ve moved twice. Each time further and further away from where Qticles is located in Shorewood. It’s doesn’t matter how far away I move - this will always be the place I get my nails done. Professional, clean, high end luxury nail salon at all the right prices! Simple the BEST!

Happy did an amazing job on my nails. I showed her a picture and told her what I wanted changed and she delivered above and beyond my expectations. The owner was extremely flexible and had me in on short notice within 24hrs. They are extremely friendly, professional, and clean. The amount of care and detail Happy put in my nails are made evident by her end result. Will definitely be requesting her again when I need a fill.

My daughter and I have always had a positive experience at this salon. They are all very friendly and professional. We started going here when she started college at UWM and continue to go even after she graduated from UWM and has started her career. Just a great nail salon we both love.

I have been here twice and have been happy both times. They are a bit pricier than I usually like to pay and originally wasn't overly impressed with what I paid for. However I got a pedicure at the end of May and it lasted the entire summer. That is pretty awesome. They obviously use quality products for that to happen. I usually have to repaint once a month at least. Their work is neat and clean with long lasting quality products. Worth the extra cost.

I have been to a plethora of nail salons in the greater Milwaukee area and this one is the best, no doubt. Staff are extremely professional, respectful, and take the time to make sure your nails are perfect. Customer service is unmatched. I had a great manicure and left feeling relaxed and satisfied. This is the only nail salon I go to now. Highly recommend.
