This was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had! Miss La Soule is so gifted and you can immediately gather from the atmosphere to the services that she’s invested and is passionate about what she does! I recommend you if you’re looking for a great holistic service come here! I had so many knots aches and pains and she immediately found them all even gave me after care advice which is still aligned with my goals holistic and natural! It’s the next day and a very stubborn inflammation I had on my left side popped and went away when I woke up and stretched! I feel so knew I can bend turn twist twerk again lbvs so much gratitude Source and Miss La Soule! I’ll be back again and again!

I'm in town for the Bucks/Heat game and wanted to patronize a Black-owned massage therapist. Lah was extremely helpful and accommodated me after my incoming flight was delayed. The space was clean, warm, and inviting. I had a deep tissue massage with rose scent, focusing on my neck, upper back and shoulders. I almost fell asleep as the tension & stress left my body under her firm touch and calming cues. I slept well last night for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the massage experience. It was also very easy to schedule my massage. I would visit again.

Massage is part of my self care routine (try to go once a month). I was looking for a lymphatic massage practitioner in the area and found La (Elevated Healing) by recommendation. This was my first ever lymphatic treatment and oooh boy, it was just what I needed. I feel like she cleared out a lot of stuff. Her studio is warm and welcoming and her hands are magic (strong and never stopped moving! - not sure how she does it). 5 star experience. I will definitely be back.

La made sure she tackled my trigger points and it was a nice comfortable atmosphere and i highly recommend her for service if u are in need.

La offered a very relaxing experience! I found her place based off of other Google reviews, and they were very accurate. I went into the massage having some tightness in my upper back/shoulders/neck area and I felt better during and afterwards. I will definitely be back in the future, especially with the large variety of spa related options that she offers.

I received my first massage at this location with La, and I absolutely loved it! The environment is very relaxing, and she did a really amazing job with the Swedish massage. I have a history of migraines, so I asked to focus on my neck and shoulders. The pressure was perfect, and I was very relaxed with the heating pads and essential oils. Lah was amazing! I came in not really knowing what kind of massage to get and she was able to accommodate and customize something for me. I was looking for something physically relaxing, yet energy balancing. Lah knew exactly what to do. She used aromatherapy, singing bowls, and hit all the right spots for a relaxing afternoon. She was able to tell me what chakra she thought was blocked, and right away knew something I was going through that I didn't even mention. After the session, she gave me an oracle reading that 100% spoke to me and got me emotional. She gave me a pyrite stone to keep, as well. The experience was everything I needed and was looking for. If I ever wind up in Milwaukee again, I will definitely make a stop to visit her. Thank you so much, Lah!

I just had the most AMAZING massage experience. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was worth every penny and then some!

The experience from start to finish was relaxing, healing, and professional. I inhaled the scent of lavender essential oil (you get to pick) while La worked the tension out of my body, especially my neck and shoulders. I have an injury on my thigh from a recent surgery and not only did she gently work around it but my mobility and pain levels were noticeably improved after the massage.

I highly recommend and will absolutely book again.

LA is absolutely a phenomenal spirit. The energy and ambiance was everything. She is well-skilled in her craft and very professional. Very clean and neat atmosphere. The services she offers are top notch and unique. My guy and I left feeling like gumby. She knows the right amount of pressure to apply and is very attentive to previous injuries or alignment issues. I live in the Chicago-land area but I will definitely be a repeat customer at least once a month.

My girlfriend and I were staying in Milwaukee for a long weekend to attend a Packers playoff game and were looking for a good way to unwind after a stressful few weeks. Elevated wellness immediately caught my attention when looking for massages in the area with the large variety of options and time durations available. We ended up going with 120 minute massages and can honestly say it was the best massage experience I've ever had. La is extremely talented and has a warm/welcoming personality and an incredibly serene space. She was able to relieve tension and pain I had been feeling in my upper back for weeks. She was also very considerate throughout the experience in terms of specific techniques, areas of emphasis and great conversation with recognition of periods of the experience when I was interested in chatting and learning more about how to take care of certain areas of my body and when I wanted to relax my mind in quiet. Highly recommend Elevated Healing and we will definitely be back the next time we visit Milwaukee!

I went there for my birthday as a self-care gift to myself. My masseuse was LA. She was great! I had the 60 minute Swedish massage and 20 minute foot massage/scrub - FANTASTIC! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After reviewing Covid-19 protocols, a health/needs assessment, and my preferences for modesty, music, aromatherapy, and massage intensity, the massage began.

La DEFINITELY knows her stuff! It's like she graduated from the 'Super Duper Massage School for Geniuses'. Please tip her accordingly! If I had cash on me for my appointment, my pockets would've been empty upon leaving. Somehow, she instinctively knew where my problem areas were and honed in on them. I listed my lower back, but she also focused on troublesome areas not listed. My whole body was given its due. The massage was therapeutic and relaxing. I constantly had to fight sleep. The massage, ambiance, aromatherapy, and music were all on point! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! 10/10!!!

At the end I felt like I walked out of there a new person! The foot massage/scrub revitalized my sore/tired feet, made them super soft, and made me feel like I was walking on cloud puffs back out to my car...and for days after! My body feels renewed, realigned, strong, and light - healthy. My feet and body still have this effect more than a week after my appointment. For months prior I had trouble sleeping due to back pain and woke up every morning in pain with an exhaustion hangover and tired, red, irritated eyes. Not anymore! That night I slept like a baby! Full rest! I sprang up the next day (before my alarm clock) full of energy and lightness. My eyes were open, clear, and bright. I didn't struggle getting out the door in the morning as I have in the past. This massage experience, from this masseuse, at this establishment, was just what I needed! I'll be going back! Especially now that I see she has a subscription service where I can make this a part of a self-care routine.
