The manager Natasha and entire staff were very professional, helpful and respectful. Overall it was a GREAT experience. I’m so glad I chose the public storage over at Oakland Park Blvd. They were all so nice and accommodating! I would definitely refer.

Natasha was a great help… she kindly walked me to the unit and showed me the unit. She was patient and explained everything clearly for me to understand what I was signing up for.

This was my best experience at a storage . Nickita, Kendra, and Natasha were very informative. They were able to answer all my questions and got me situated with a unit that best fit my needs.

Natasha and Zoey were very courteous and professional, both ladies informed me of various moving items, boxes, bubble wraps, locks etc. I appreciate their kindness and knowledge. Thank you in advance. Hope there's a token of appreciation for the employee skill set. PS, in this time when customers service skills is rare, they exemplify and amplify good customer skills.

I called back to confirm some information and they were just as pleasant over the phone as they are in person. Kendra was able to get me squared away quickly and answered all my answers promptly
