The best option for a hardware store. If you are a real man you will definitely go there at least once a month. Is hard to beat their lower prices and high quality of the products. Sometimes I wanna go there only to clear my mind or simply to plan my projects. Yes they have them all, is very hard not to find there everything you need around the house. Again this is a store for real men and I highly recommend it ! Way to go 👍🏽

We walked here for 15 mins without help and all employees just walk away until we met JEAN at the hardware section.

I am a long-distance truck driver and I needed to get a bigger refrigerator. This store have great customer service.I got the magic chef 4.5 and it works great. Now I have a big freezer and refrigerator it fits good in my truck

I went in to rent upholstery cleaner and had a really bad experience. When I got everything together that I needed and came back 2 nd time I meet Garson(Im so sorry if i misspelled it). Really knowledgeable made me feel comfortable and confident of renting the device even though I did not know much about it. Amazing amazing customer service. Garson 10x ⭐

I had purchased a Kohler medicine chest that was very difficult to locate in the store - the website showed 3 in the store but in reality only one was sellable. Should have passed when I noticed that the cabinet had previously been opened and returned. However when I installed it *the shelves were too large*. Returning to Home Depot I initially was told I’d have to bring it all back for a return. Then Denise in the back helped me with just the shelve issue since the display one had the right size shelves. The display mirror was cracked so they could not sell it anyway. Thank goodness for Denise who understood my issue and helped me quickly fix it with the least amount of effort. “Good size” glass shelf pictured on top.

I have been doing a lot of online shopping lately for my renovation and I would like to give special mention to one deserving employee at the ‘Online purchase pickup’ desk. Her name is Lorna and we have had the pleasure of dealing with her many times. Whenever we arrive to pickup an item we hope we will be served by her. She is consistently friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and invaluable & exemplary. She makes things simple & hassle free. I hope her manager at Oakland Park realizes what an asset she is to the Home Depot team.

Yesterday was the first time in my life that I rented a chainsaw the worker there gave everything I needed to use it and showed me what to do if the chain became loose the next day I started the tree branches and after every thick tree branches the chain became loose again so I decided to take it back to the store the main guy decided to change the one I had but after an hour I had the same problem so I decided to go back to the store so the other Latino worker decided to put in a new chain and tighten the chain he started it and the chain became loose in his hands he tightened the chain and gave it to me so I went back to cut some more branches and this time the chain came completely off so once again I returned to the store this time I saw the main guy that runs the department and while assembling the chainsaw with another new
chain this time he asked me a question about chainsaws he asked me have I ever used the a chainsaw ever I honestly answered with no
Meanwhile he charged me for 2 new chains and the one that came with the machine was old and brown so to make a long story short NEVER ASSUME THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW TO USE THE MACHINE and the machine never came with instructions I'm not asking for my money back but let the workers know that they don't have be afraid to ask the right questions

I learned today that you have to put oil on the chain so it won't pop off

I'm taking my time to write this review strictly because I was given exceptional service. The woman's name is Andrea she works in the paint section. Managers, corporate please take notice this woman was extremely proactive,very pleasant ,helpful,courteous and even went out of her way to try to help me in an area she wasn't familiar with. I will be sure to look for her help the next time thank you Andrea great job. We need more Andreas out there.

I've actually learned quite a bit from shopping at home Depot stores
I'm an architect by training yet the knowledge that I gained through talking to the staff about building materials finishes fixtures etc is quite exceptional. And this store was no different from any other home Depot store that I've been to where the shopping experience was highly rewarding

Needed to replace a blind, first I went to the HD at Oakland Park Blvd. But no one was able to help me. They claimed a blind specialist was not there and would had to come back. I proceeded to Google the nearest HD on my way to my destination and the HD in Oakwood Blvd. Hollywood was my next stop. I proceeded to the blind department and an attendant called for help a gentleman Jesse Chaidez was amazing! He was very knowledgable and very patient trying to resolve my dilema with my blinds. He helped me order the outdated blind. This was a custom ordered and we matched the color and measurements to the exciting one. His dedication for his customers should be recognized, this is what makes the difference in returning to use HD.
