Superior Plumbing And Air

We have called on Superior Plumbing a few times and we appreciate the attentiveness and the work that has been done. We have an Aquasana 4 stage total home water filtration system that we wanted installed. Dustin installed it without a hitch. When the system had to be updated/upgraded, we called Superior Plumbing again because of the service we have received. They were prompt to respond to concerns that we raised and they answered a service call request on a Sunday. We don't necessarily want to have to call a plumbing service, but it's good to know there are good, honest companies out there that still put a focus on quality service.

My experience with Superior Plumbing has been very positive.
Communication is great and prices are very fare.

The techs are extremely knowledgeable and work in difficult situations and conclude the projects timely and most important the workmanship is of high quality.

We had a great experience with Superior Plumbing & Air. We were referred this company after having many bad experiences with plumbers over the years from bad service to overcharging. When our hot water went out due to a faulty boiler, Superior came very quickly and gave us not only a cheaper quote but was able to fix it in one day without having to replace the entire boiler which is what another company had recommended. Superior's knowledge of plumbing truly fit's their name. Superior!

He came on Saturday and fixed pipe over dielectric valve. Made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction and asked me if there was anything else I could do today to help me as a17 year homeowner. I had initially contacted superior plumbing a day earlier via home advisor for my neighbor who was highly satisfied as well with the replacement of her main water shutoff valve.

I used Superior plumbing to replace a shower faucet. They were extremely reliable and showed up on time. Kevin was the best. He offered the most affordable solution and worked efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Superior plumbing and will be using them in the future.

During the course of a very busy Monday morning, we experienced a flooded bathroom. We placed an emergency call to Superior Plumbing and they responded immediately. They quoted a price which I thought was fair, and promptly repaired the water leak. When it came time to pay, I was delighted that the actual bill was less than they quoted. Attentive staff and courteous technicians that were not afraid to explain services and other details about their plumbing techniques to my friend when finding and repair two major plumbing leaks within his 1960 built home and laundry room area. After receiving a few "Outrageous" quotes from other companies looking to take advantage of an elderly man it was superior and the assistance from their team member, Winston that was the defining moment in which we decided to use Superior Plumbing and air!

I've used Superior many times for my plumbing needs (to repair a burst pipe that was behind a wall, to fix and them install a new hot water heater and to fix a clogged drain). Everytime my technician has been quick, curteous and knowledgeable. I recommend requesting Dustin. He's the best!

Incredibly reliable company and awesome customer service!! Dustin came out to work on my shower fixture because only scalding hot water was coming out of it. Come to find out, I have a hans groie fixture and the part was discontinued 8 years ago. I just moved into this house so I was worried. He called around and finally found the part in west palm and it was the only warehouse that actually had the part in stock! He graciously worked around my busy schedule and came out and fixed it. It's as good as new and I can finally take a shower that I dont get 2nd degree burns from!! Dustin is absolutely amazing, fun to talk to, knowledge and I highly recommend him and this company. Jonathan came out and was exceptional! He was very professional and quick. The clog was cleared in a matter of minutes and he gave me tips on how to prevent future clogs. I was so frustrated and tired with the plumbing issue, thanks so much for the great work!

My main shut off valve was busted as robert came over to replace it. He’s been very helpful & educative.
