Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham Oak Creek/Milwaukee Airport

Stayed in a standard room, with great price. The woman at the front desk (Kaila) was exceptional! She was patient and very helpful when I had issues with booking my room online! Kaila deserves a a raise, promotion, bonus..... something! It was so nice to have someone knowledgeable and with great customer service skills assisting me at 1030 pm after working at a local hospital all day. I would definitely recommend this hotel as long as kaila is working there!

Convenient location close to gas stations for rental car and to airport. Clean rooms at great prices. Professional desk staff. Will stay again for sure.

Best state cleanest rooms if I run in to a situation ever again and need another short term stay wouldn't think twice I would stay only at Hawthorne

Staff was accommodating to my handicap needs. They never had an issue with restocking anything I needed, very clean, friendly and caring.

Staff was great. Rooms were very big. My room had a fully stocked kitchenette in it with full size refrigerator. All the pots, pans, utensils, and plates were all there.

Close to airport. The Suite room had complete cutlery set. House keeping service was good. Kudos to them👏

Very respectful staff all the way around. Appearance was clean and well maintained. Room was 👍 great. Had full size refrigerator with an induction stove. Pots pans. Nice when your tired of fast food and want home cooked meal. Keep up the great work.

Was very clean, well kept, well-managed hotel. Room was always clean when we returned to it at the end of the day and the little things that they leave in the bathroom for you were replenished after the first day (the cleaning ladies were so fast, they were in and out of our room in the time it took for us to eat breakfast). Speaking of breakfast, they have a very nice, well-balanced selection of breakfast foods available for you.

Breakfast was a little lacking, but we were fed. Other than that the service was great and the rooms were clean.

Glad to see they brought the regular breakfast back.

We had a great stay here. Our family took a vacation to Milwaukee for the first time and this is where decided to stay. It was close to the airport and to the highways. It was also close to amenities and other places we visited. The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The facilities for washing and drying were in excellent condition as well. The price was right too, especially with the spring break season. We enjoyed it here and will hopefully stay here on our next visit.

So - It's really the little things that set this place apart for me. The room was nice, orderly and clean. That they had my reservation printed and keycard made before I arrived was nice - I had made the reservation on my phone barely 20 minutes before arriving.

While I was there for a single night, the extended stay features were right on point - Fridge, cooktop and dishwasher were clean and ready to use.

This is going to seem dumb - I don't know how to write it so that it doesn't.

They had bags, 3 or 4, of rock salt ready by the front door. Out of the way, in a neat tidy stack. Being born and raised in Southeastern Wisconsin, seeing a place that is ready at arms reach to deal with inclement weather like that, is just a point of detail that I felt reassured by this hotel.

We needed a place to stay while we visited my daughter while she was hospitalized. I was pleasantly surprised, the room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff was very efficient. The breakfast had many options and staff was very friendly.

Very nice place to stay when you're away from home. George was very nice every day he was here he always was inviting and nice. I will never stay at another hotel when I come to milwaukee. Thanks for the housekeeper's also. They really take pride in their work. Hotel always smells good and very clean. Great job!!

Stayed in the suite. I think it's the only one. Excellent price and layout. Not quite as equipped as a Wyndam time share rental but the price couldn't be beat.Laundry pickup or do your own. Little store on premises. Gym & pool, but unavailable due to covid. Loved it.

A good stay. The room was spacious with ample furniture and amenities. The beds were nice to sleep on and the room had additional sheets and blankets.

Great service. Room had a fridge, stove, sink, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Very good breakfast included but I like better it when you can make your own waffles. Paid less thank 100 bucks for room. Taxes included.
