Milwaukee PC - Greenfield

My 10 year old computer was shutting down on its own shortly after starting up. Brought it into MPC-Greenfield, the technician looked inside and saw that the fans were completely covered with dust. He said took it in back to clean right away, then it worked properly. No charge for the repair and I was able to take it back to work right away.

Technician Joseph saved the day! I was hung up on two motherboard standoffs and he made it happen. He, as well as the rest of the team, is extremely knowledgeable in the ever-changing field of CPUs and GPUs. I highly recommend this business.

Walked in, told him what I needed and walked out with the computer I love. When I came back for a video adapter, got it right away. I bought my first pc from Milwaukee pc in 1991. I have always gotten fast, accurate, and friendly service from their stores.

My husband and I cannot say enough about the stellar service we received from Ian, Joseph and Tanner at the Milwaukee PC store on Hwy. 100 in Greenfield. They were knowledgeable, caring, patient, and did an excellent job of combining our two computers into one and explaining everything so we could understand everything. All at a reasonable price. They definitely "go the extra mile" and know their stuff. It was a pleasure doing business with Milwaukee PC and these fine staff members. Will definitely be back for any future PC needs (sales or service) and will be recommending Milwaukee PC to anyone who needs their help.

Brought my PC in for multiple issues Ian Glover was superior in his customer service and assistance in providing me with options.

Was there about a month ago to get help with hooking up 2pc and one of the computer wiz said all u need is this cord. He gave me one with mo charge and told me how to hook it up and it worked perfect. Good customer service from the guy wirh the suspenders for overall. Sorry don't remember his name. I’ve been to this location on two different occasions. Once to diagnose and fix overheating, $40 to diagnose and test, and then only the price of the new part. Back to me up and running in 3 days, very easy.

Second time I had them practically build me a new computer, including some parts from my previous computer. Given all the work that was put into it, $140 was extremely reasonable. Taking care of moving, installing, optimizing, and cable managing while getting it done in 3 days? That’s as good as it gets.

Staff are understanding, knowledgeable and friendly.

I highly recommended this place.

Idk if the owner or manager reads these but hi, I was the guy that came in asking for a sata cable on 12/26/22. I just wanted to say what he did was such an awesome act of kindness and it really made my night. I won’t put in this review what he did for me for inventory reasons but I must say, it really was too kind and I wish I could have thanked him more than what I did. If you’re looking for a business that treats its patrons with kindness and respect, then the greenfield Milwaukee Pc is the spot to go.

With less than an hour before close, I stopped in hoping they could fix my laptop. I figured I would have to come back another day for them to actually work on it, as I needed the laptop to teach a class first thing in the morning, but was hoping they could give me an idea of how long it would take to fix and how much it would cost. I had spent two days trying to update, uninstall and reinstall drivers for errors that kept showing up, keeping me from having a Wifi connection. The problems only grew as I attempted to fix the drivers. Mgr. Tom took a look, clicked on the laptop a few minutes, handed it back to me and said, "all fixed!" He's obviously a magician because he easily fixed the driver in minutes, then refused to charge me. This is the kind of business I want to support! I'll be back and happily referring Mke PC on Hwy 100 for any future issues!

5 Star Experience! If you need PC support, go see Tom, the GM at Milwaukee PC-Greenfield! He is very knowledgeable, kind and guess what-if you are in a pinch like I was he may even do a house call! I brought in my custom build for diagnosis and repair, got it back 8 hours later! Jake was super friendly and helped me find the right products. He even recommended a different fan layout to make the case LEDs look cooler :)

I just had to write. Had my computer serviced by tech Ryan S. He got me up and running in a flash. He got my hard drive fixed and got my computer running at lighting speed, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, I can't say enough about this place! Thanks again!

Absolutely professional. Their work was excellent. They paid attention to detail and did all that was necessary for us to have a great running Milwaukee PC computer. We have used them for almost 20 years and my last computer lasted 11 years. Would definitely recommend them

Ordered battery for laptop but received the wrong battery. Many attempts to find a place that might have access to this type of battery. After a referral from another battery store I finally achieved success at Milwaukee PC. Price is 2X what I paid previously and the charge to put it in is a bit high as well. I'm grateful to find what I needed.

I have been a repeat customer of Milwaukee PC - Greenfield for over 10 years, and I have always been extremely pleased with both the customer service and the results they get. I have used their service department for remediation of hardware and software problems, malware issues, data recovery, and set-up of my home wireless network. I have also purchased ancillary products for my PCs. They have always successfully and satisfactorily solved my technical problems, and the products I've purchased from them have been durable and trouble-free.

The service department has always been courteous and attentive to my needs once I let them know that I'm there to see them. They use a 'first come, first serve' approach, but I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before I could talk directly to one of the technical staff.

All in all, this is a great company that has earned my business and my trust.
