My husband and daughter get their locs twisted here and Jean does such an amazing job! She is also very sweet as a person. The Suite is super beautiful, Markia and Jean make a great team!

My experience at the Charm Suite was great! Markia was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She did a gold silk press on my hair and provided next steps to start health plan for my hair growth! My hair is soft and moving beautifully! Will be booking two strand twist appointments for my son and myself in the near future! Thank you! ☺

Brought my son in to get 2 strand twists with Jean. We’ve been searching for a hairstylist for awhile now that we could stick with. Before we even showed up for the appointment I had a really good feeling about these ladies. They sent an email to make sure we were aware of their new address and communicated very effectively the steps to get into their building. Their space is extremely clean and relaxing. Jean was amazing with my son and finished his twists in half the time it took with another stylist prior. She was very professional and you can tell she cares! I can’t say enough good things about The Charm Suite.

Markia along with her business partner Jean are very professional and career driven. They not only care about the business; they care about the client's overall haircare experience. I have been with these ladies since my Daughter was 5. Markia did Saige’s and mine first hair cuts! Saige is now 13! She has never failed us. Markia is very professional, and gives quality care.But what’s really exciting is I just started my loc journey with her business partner. Jean!!! Jean has been very informative from the start of my consultation. Installing different types and sizes for me to pick from. I’m now 3 months in and I’m so grateful every time I come for a retwist!!! These woman are intelligent and really know and sow into their craft. Jean even lets me bug her when I get geeked about some of my locs budding! Go see these ladies… you won’t be disappointed!
