My fiancé and I wanted to stop in Milwaukee for a night just to visit the city and needed a reasonably priced but comfortable hotel and Saint Kate is the best you can get! Madelyn from the front desk was so accommodating, provided us with anything we needed and also recommended great places to eat and drink within walking distance. The room was clean and AC worked perfectly, bed was comfy and our view was also great. Our experience was awesome and would definitely visit again!

Room was excellent. Spacious, nicely laid out, and nice bathroom. Plenty of plug ins for charging phones, computers, etc. Only potential issue was lack of a decent desk to work at if needed. Location is great and lobby area is unique and very handy to going any direction. Bars, restaurants, shops, etc all close by. Will plan to stay here again.

We recently held a work retreat at the Saint Kate. The space we used for our meeting was very comfortable, our server was amazing and attentive, and when there was an issue with our technology, their team remedied it immediately. The food was great! We were supposed to have a day two and stay over, but there was a huge snow storm coming and we decided to cancel. The hotel was very accommodating and worked with us. They were absolutely amazing! Didn't score the rooms since I never made it to mine due to the storm, however I heard they were really nice. The location was close to everything and parking was also connected.

The hotel was clean. Everyone was nice and professional and went above and beyond. The rooms were gorgeous and creative. I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Micheal at the front desk was fantastic and very friendly. The general manager Dana went above and beyond when she heard my story on why I was traveling and helped me get my phone back that I forgot I the room.

My wife and I have traveled around the world, staying at many of the finest, most famous, luxury hotels, and we can honestly say that this is one of the greatest experiences we've ever had. To say it was perfect would actually be an understatement. We were surprised and delighted over and over again. The one unfortunate thing is that we were only there for one night! We will definitely be back! Even if we have to return to Milwaukee just for that purpose it will be worth it!

My absolute favorite hotel to date! I loved the artsy vibe. The staff were so nice and helpful. Complementary champagne upon check-in to boot. The views, the location, everything. The bed was so comfy, too, lol. I'm definitely staying here again!

This hotel is gorgeous. Friendly staff. Plenty of underground paid parking. Lots of unique artwork all throughout the hotel. Room was lovely and quiet. As well as spacious. Shower was really nice. I definitely recommend going here. I would go back. Cool looking cigarette machine. I didn't buy any but you can for 5 dollars.

Not only the best deal in a hotel but one of the most pleasant places I have stayed in some time outside of true luxury travel. Well appointed room with cute touches. New and clean and moderately roomy. Great service Bar with live entertainment and a decent restaurant were we had brunch.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were excellent. The bartending staff were great and did an awesome job keeping up with drink orders. The rooms were nice and clean. Well maintained. I like the instruments and record players they put in their rooms. The beds were really comfortable. A couple blocks away from everything wouldn't be too bad during warmer weather for walking. The price for everything actually was very nice. They don't try to gouge you because they are niche.

Great staff. Great views from our room. The bar area is a vibe. Love the champagne at check-in. Record player in room adds to the experience. Absolutely loved the art gallery. We will stay every time we visit Milwaukee.

This is more than a hotel, it’s an art museum, with an upscale restaurant upstairs, and a pizza place on the main floor, with a bar and live music. The space is beautiful. Great for date night, or just hanging with your girls. I’ll be returning to share photos.

What a great experience the rooms are nice great location except one flaw the bartenders at night I stayed here from Saturday the 22nd until the 25th they were very rude and very unkind I waited almost 5 min for the bartenders to notice me, and when they did they were not friendly. They even told me that they were closing so my wife and I ended up going to an another bar, and when we got back. They were just closing up. The day bartenders were great, not to be mean I had a great time. But the night bartenders are very rude and should not be working there. The hotel deserves better people working. I would recommend staying at the hotel. The managers are great they care about the hotel and who stays there. just stay away from the night bartenders

What a great experience. Short walk to catch a Bucks game. The pizza place next to the lobby was perfect for a post game bite. Our floor was nice and quiet. On the way to check out we met an employee, a gentleman named Glenroy. We talked about Giannis, music and Jamaica. His kindness is contagious. Give the man a raise! Can’t wait for our next weekend in Milwaukee. ✌

Lovely Lovely Lovely!
Perfect location near Fiserv (walkable), and it’s not a cookie cutter chain hotel. Stroll through the gallery to get your art on, or spend some time at the open area bar. We only stayed for one day midweek so we missed many of the restaurants/cafes inside because they’re mainly open on weekends. It’s connected to other businesses and the Pabst theater via a grand indoor mall.
Other pleasant touches are welcoming champagne upon checking in as well as a ukulele and a record player (with a few LPs) in our room. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily return in the area again.

I love locally but enjoy the wonderful restaurant on the 2nd floor. Went to the Sunday brunch for the first ime. They had a live DJ playing music at the right tempo and volume for a quiet lunch. Plus the hotel has wonderful contemporary art and galleries where Museum of WI Art exhibits. Thoroughly wonderful experience. Did I say the food was good? Yes.

5 star quality and service. Stayed here during new year eve. They have celebration here.
You can choose music albums and take it upstairs with you. Museum downstairs. Free $20 gift card to use on food. I tried the pizza and it’s really good!
Reasonable price and clean room, spacious too. Would come again

I posted my review from our wedding over a year ago and it's no longer showing so I am reposting!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the Simone Ballroom of Saint Kate on 1/31/2022. We were initially looking at 2023 dates, but there was an opening and we decided to go for it! We planned our wedding in 2.5 months and it could not have been done without the support of Saint Kate.

We started the process with Melanie and she was very communicative, kind, and helpful. She reassured us that the team could definitely pull off a wedding on short notice. Being a NYE wedding and a short turnaround, we knew that a hotel that included catering was ideal because it checked a lot of boxes: food, bev, hotel rooms, parking, etc... And the beauty of Saint Kate speaks for itself with its art exhibitions, decor pieces, etc., it was a no brainer! We were happy to sign the contract. We then worked with Emma, the event coordinator, and figured out the logistics: layout, food/bar items, and all the details for the day. Emma was my go-to person throughout the entire process. She is a smart, no nonsense event coordinator and I really valued her opinions when planning my event. In the short amount of time we worked together, it felt like she really knew me. She would address concerns that I had but never voiced and that speaks a lot to her experience and attentiveness. For the actual day-of, we worked with Joey and his banquet team. Joey is kind, calm, and extremely accommodating. You definitely want someone like that for the day-of madness! After our first interaction, we knew we were in good hands. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Saint Kate–and this extends to the valets, staff at The Bar, housekeeping, etc. Everyone is so professional, friendly, and seems genuinely happy to be there. We knew our guests would receive top-knotch customer service.

Being a wedding, we were not without our hiccups. Ours was with our menu. We had a budget we were trying to stick to but also understood that NYE means the booze is flowing and guests need to eat. It caused a LOT of anxiety for my fiance & I, however, immediately after I voiced my concerns, the team stepped in and got creative. We worked with Matt to finalize our menu and made sure it was hearty but within budget. That really saved our wedding and we are extremely grateful.

We adore Saint Kate and are so happy that we got to host our wedding there. We recommend to all to visit The Bar and check out their art and live music (it’s free!). If you are planning to host an event, we recommend you really consider the type of event you are throwing and your budget. Don’t let a tighter budget hold you back from hosting a great event–and that’s true for any event! Saint Kate is a 4-star hotel in downtown Milwaukee, rightfully so. It is NICE. Our event was black-tie optional and I really couldn’t see it being anything less than. The staff makes you feel like you are royalty from the second you pull up to the second you leave. So, the money is definitely worth it. All that being said, we absolutely made the right choice and would do it all over again.

If you"re looking to immerse yourself among art and culture, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Beautifully designed, urban meets elegance. Excellent customer service. Gorgeous hotel, unique restaurant with delicious food options. Rooms are INCREDIBLE!! There was a slight hiccup with our "bed and brunch" style package, and without even asking, the front desk employee took immediate action to resolve it. Then, the food service manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We even received cocktails on the house with a sincere apology and then a complimentary dessert and anniversary wishes from the friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff at check-in were accommodating and shared information about the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel provides an emphasis on the arts and has lots of fun additions sprinkled throughout. The nearby area has a walkable riverwalk and a nearby district (5min walk) with bars and restaurants to explore.

Ken at the front desk was fantastic. He helped with a few request all with a smile on his face. The hotel is super modern and clean and you get a great vibe when you walk through the doors. First time there but won’t be my last.
