AT&T Store

Came in today and Raini helped me with my iPad purchase on the promotion! Super clean, updated store with lots of options. Amazing customer service! I’m so glad I stopped by today! Thank you Raini Katelyn and Tyler!

The man that helped us was great! I think his name was Kevin? He deserves a raise. He was amazing. He helped us and was left alone about an hour before closing. He dealt with a rude customer that came in after close very nicely. He also was ready to help out with every question we had and set us up with our phones. He did a perfect job and was amazing!

The AT&T store at Market Street Winchester VA has The Most Capable and Appropriate techs! I’ve been going there for several years, rarely have to wait, and never leave them stumped. They’re knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. What a relief in this world!!! -DH

I can't speak any higher of the young woman, Raini for all her help and patience a few weeks back when helping me find my new phone. She's a bright, friendly salesperson. Because of the wonderful experience she provided me, I've even referred a friend of mine who works next door at Lowes to go talk to Raini to help him switch from Verizon. You have a terrific asset in her, and I'm sure anyone who's been victim to that infectious smile would be willing to agree. Thank you so very much for taking the hassle out of phone shopping.

Very helpful and patient. I went in a few times to look and ask questions about a potential upgrade. They always took time with me even when I wasn't ready to buy. Advice was very helpful in getting the best deal. When I did upgrade they took care of everything. Kaitlyn was great.

There were three women working today, one was Darien and we do not remember the other two. But we must say… the best customer service we have ever seen. They went above and beyond for us. We will not go to any other store. It’s always stressful going to a cell store and trying to get stuff taken care of. We were there and never once had a problem!! Thank you guys!!!!

Ryan and Mackenna went above and beyond to help my husband and I upgrade our phones today. We are enjoying our new products and Ryan made the process smooth and easy to follow throughout the process. He made great recommendations as well as helpful suggestions for accessories and package deals. They even stayed past close (due to our mistake on the time) to close out our sale and make sure everything was running smoothly before we left. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I had a lovely experience at this store getting new phones for my family. The representative we worked with, Ian, was especially courteous and diligent. I would recommend anyone looking for new service to come here. Best customer service experience I've had in ages!

Mckenna and all the staff in this store are absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to try and fix the issue with my phone and when it ended up having to purchase a new phone instead she went out of the way to help me find the perfect phone for me! I will definitely make the extra drive to use this store over my local store any time I need anything with AT&T! Appreciate all she did and how friendly the staff was in making you feel like they care about their customers!

Came in with problems ordering online. Skylar and Nick worked hard to get me into a new account and the new Samsung flip. Would recommend coming here and dealing with either one anytime !
