I first tried Tech Way a couple years ago and now I can't imagine going anywhere else. The work is exceptional, the crew is friendly and knowledgeable, and the integrity of the business is indisputable. The peace of mind I have when dropping my car off can't be undervalued. 5 stars is not enough.

Excellent service and super friendly! As a woman in 2024, it's still hard to find a mechanic I can trust but I can say that this will be my regular shop now. They're very welcoming and didn't make me feel like a burden simply because I needed an emissions test (which they don't even get money for). I need some other work done and an oil change so I made an appointment and they were able to get me in as early as 2 days, despite having a lot packed full of cars, whereas most other (and larger) shops are scheduling weeks out. Thank you Tech Way!!! Keep up the good work <3

Excellent customer service! Was able to have an honest conversation that covered my concerns and collaborate on a short/long term game plan. Johnathan prioritized my car's most important needs and provided a detailed cost breakdown. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. All employees were friendly and helpful. Wonderful asset to the community.

I recently brought my car into Tech Way for a coolant leak. They were genuinely concerned about the issue and had my car fully assessed, fixed and back to me within a day. They sent photos of everything that needed attention and showed me the damaged part that was replaced. Highly recommended!

Very helpful for getting my emissions tested. There was a wait so he sent me to their other location only 5 mins away where there was no wait. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate.

I took my older GMC Yukon to 2 different garages and they could not figure out why we were not passing emissions. I took it to Techway and Adam was able to figure it out. It was a little tricky to find the problem but he did and it was a very fair price. I will be back by Adam and his team for my next repair. They were so kind and even put air in the tires for me. Adam is legit. We drove in from out of town to purchase a used car and took it to Tech Way Auto Service for a pre-purchase inspection. Out of all the places in the area I called he was the only one that answered, and he was able to get us in right away. He gave us helpful advice over the phone and in person was super nice and friendly. We were in and out in under an hour, and he really saved the day. Thanks so much for coming through Adam and helping us get our new (used) little red car!

Came here fot the first time for emissions check. HIGHLY recommended place. Open 9am-12pm ONLY. But everything super fast, pay the license plate renewal on the spot, hot my renewal sticker right away as well. Love this new things.

It’s hard these days to find professional and friendly emissions testing sites. Customer service here is 5 stars, professional and friendly. I only waited 10-15 minutes for my emission test. THANK YOU!!

Had a very simple fix with my undercarriage and they didn't charge me. The place has a very practical approach to automobile repairs and I'm lucky they're nearby as well.

If you need emissions testing for your car registration, this is the place. The whole thing took 13 minutes. I timed it. I was also third in line and bought the license sticker. The only thing that would make this quicker is if you did not have to get out of the car. I will definitely keep this company in mind when I need any work on my car. The employees are friendly, the service is quick, and the whole deal was as painless as possible. Frankly, if more places were as efficient as this company with staff as friendly, those places would still be in business making money. Great service!!

This location was recommended to me for emissions testing. I got here and was greeted promptly and told to park behind another vehicle in line. I had two vehicles ahead of me and was up within 15 minutes. Once it was my turn I was greeted and asked to wait outside while my car was being tested. It took approximately 7 minutes. I was offered a sticker purchase and I did purchase it. There is a $10 service fee with cash/check payment for the sticker. The whole time I was treated with kindness and respect and will definitely come back here to inquire about oil change and maintenance services. Thanks, guys! You made this a great experience!

I brought my vehicle in to Tech Way for a grinding noise that concerned me. I was expecting a big repair. Adam and his staff looked it over and found a very minor issue that was resolved quickly for a very small fee. I've been here a few times and these guys have always been the most honest and friendly mechanics. I will continue to use Tech Way for any future automotive needs.

Went for emissions testing. They did a very fast and efficient job. Also very polite.

I think they did a great job getting my truck in, servicing it, and getting it back to me quickly. They were very clear about expected pricing and all went really well. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I got my emissions tested and my registration renewed at the Howard and Whitnal location and have gone to the St Francis in the past for the same thing. Every time they have been awesome and completely accommodating. I will now be taking my car here for any work I need done. I strongly recommend anyone who needs car repairs or emissions testing go to either location and you will not be disappointed, at least I was not!

Bummed they wont be doing their emissions testing much longer, but i appreciate it.

Note to the owners: I would be more than willing to pay a $10-$30 fee to get emissions tested here to support the service. You’re just so close to where I live, super efficient, and have great hours that works with my schedule.

Emission testing was well organized. Great customer service. Please make sure you check in at the office first to get your car on the list. Cars were lining up even before 9 am. The owner explained everything clearly to me. I will be sending my business there again.
