My wife and I stopped in and were impressed with the selection and found exactly what we were looking for with a new dining room set. Alex and Nick, who helped us, were both friendly and informative and in no way 'pushy', like we have encountered in some other furniture stores. Was definitely worth the drive.

Well we are on our way out to buy a new mattress today being Memorial Day lot of sales on mattresses so I did a little research before and found the store I wanted to go to, City Furniture, On entering we were greeted by the sales associate Alex who greeted us. In a professional way and what we came for. We spent probably about 2 hours with Alex, show and tell on mattresses. I can't say enough about this man was extremely knowledgeable about what he was offering for sale and made our choice a lot easier. Yes. we did buy our mattress there.

Marcia Di Placido was seriously the best sales assistant I’ve worked with. Very accommodating and knows her products inside and out!! She met us at different showrooms and lugged furniture across the showrooms so we could see the if pieces “matched”! It was a very pleasant buying experience.

I worked with Marcia Diplabido at City Furniture in Lake Sumner and she was outstanding. Not only was she so professional, she went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with every piece of furniture we picked out. The whole team at City Furniture is incredible and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchases. They will lend their many years of experience and expertise to help and guide you through the process. They made what could have been an overwhelming job seem effortless! Husband and I spent a few hours deciding on a mattress and living room furniture. What a pleasant experience! There were no high pressure sales, just friendly, professional and patient salespeople! Erica gave us all the time we wanted to sit on their furniture and discuss our options. Highly recommend City Furniture and Erica!

City Furniture is an amazing store. The furniture is beautiful and great quality. We were greeted and helped by Alex. Very knowledgeable guy and lay back. Not your typical pushy salesman which we appreciated. If you are in need of some nice looking furniture for a great price City Furniture at The Villages is your place.

Our recent purchase at City Furniture was very pleasant as our salesperson, Rudy Fernandez was awesome as usual and we our very happy with our chairs and recent accessories purchased.

We just went in to look at some recliners.. we ended up buying two. Lacey was our salesperson.. she answered all of our questions and gave us time to walk around the store to see what was available. We’ll definitely go back when we’re ready to purchase our new couch. Another plus is that it’s taking 2 days to get our delivery 😊

The sales staff - and especially my sales associate (Erica Longo) were all friendly and helpful. Erica was extremely knowledgeable. My experience couldn’t have been better.

Geoff Wood, our sales associate at City Furniture in The Villages, was absolutely a pleasure to work with. On two occasions he took his time to listen to our needs and showed us several options regarding furniture and mattresses that exceeded our expectations. He was not pushy to sell at all…he listened, asked questions to gain a better understanding of our needs and exactly what we were looking for.
Today we went back in and bought our mattress, foundation and living room tables and a beautiful unique tv console.
I highly recommend Geoff Wood and City Furniture.

City Furniture in lake Sumter is my furniture place. I have furnished my home almost exclusively with them and I keep going back because of the friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff as they handle all me needs or suggest a better alternative!!

City furniture is AMAZING with great selections and shockingly good prices - especially in an uncertain economy ! I was shocked by the affordability ! Definitely coming back to see Debra. She was knowledgeable and took good care of me.

Another great experience buying at City Furniture. We have lived here over 10 years and have made many purchases at the Sumter Landing store. This time was no different, Brenda Dulong answered our questions and was knowledgeable.

I was so happy working withWalter. He was great took a lot of time with us and also helped us with every detail of our purchase. The manager Nick was also great. I will continue to go to City Furniture to purchase all my future furniture.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a credit of almost $300 because I added a service I didn’t use when I purchased my bedroom furniture. I would never have known about this credit because I completely forgot I signed up for that service. It came in the mail. I was so excited. I got to shop for some items in the store that I needed. I walked in and instantly our salesmen James Speight met us at the door and helped us the entire time. The experience was fantastic, customer service was best in class. We were looking for a few new pieces to update our family room and he showed us several options and we decide to purchase the items that day. Would highly recommend City Furniture to anyone in the Villages the staff and management are the best in the business. Prices are very competitive but service is the most important to me and they excel at it. Thanks very much to the entire staff and James for making are experience with City Furniture great.

Four of us came shopping at City for our new house. Geoff Woods was so patient with us as we debated and bantered back and forth, leaving when needed but coming back to answer questions and take orders. Prices are very good.

Debra is so nice and helpful. She help answer many of our questions. She makes furniture shopping easy. We made a great purchase because of Debra's help. If you want a kind and genuine sales person she's the one!!
