We have coming here for 15 years with our dogs and have the most respect and trust for everyone we have worked with. We had an old dog with mobility issues and they really helped us manage that while keeping quality of life at the center. We also have a very excitable/reactive puppy and I couldn’t be happier with the amount of time they took with us getting him comfortable for his appointment. Very caring and great at what they do!

You would never guess Bella's age of 14. Nobody that meets her thinks she's older than five. I know, in my heart, this is, in large part, because of the fantastic care she receives at West Allis Animal Hospital. My concerns are always taken seriously and any issues are taken care of immediately. My parents took their first dog here in 1972 and every dog since. I followed, and have been taking all of my dogs here since 1985. They are the best vet hospital!

Have been taking my dogs here for about 4 years now and have never had any issues. The entire staff is super helpful and friendly. One of my pups has a-lot of anxiety going to the vet and they have been very accommodating with making sure he is as comfortable as can be and making the experience stress free. Highly recommend!

We chose West Allis Animal Hospital for our cat's care after recently moving to the area and we are so glad we did. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming. Dr. Steffen was wonderful with our cat on her wellness visit. She didn't even mind her shot. We are very happy knowing we have reliable care so close by.

The staff are always so kind to my dogs and they get excellent care. They always get me in quickly if I have any concerns.

Love, love, love WAAH! From the care of my kitties, to the amazing grooming services available not only for dogs but for cats as well! Chloe was fantastic with my fur ball and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. My cats aren't scared to go here and love the staff and doctors. We also love Wendy at the front desk. She's eased my mind so many times when I was paranoid and needed assistance. It's a little pricey but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. I will never go anywhere else. 😊🦁

A wonderful place! Our Roxy had her 3 year check up on the 15th. The front desk staff is beyond kind and professional. They greet you with a smile and are definitely ' animal people '. Roxy gets much love from the great group of ladies when we walk in the door. Our tech was also very professional and easily could tell she enjoyed her job and Roxy appreciated her gentle touch. Dr. Selbert takes her time to listen and address concerns. ( a little weight gain during these cold months) Dr. Selbert could sense that Roxy was a little anxious because of getting her vaccines. She conducted her exam by sitting on the floor playing with Roxy and making her feel comfortable. Our dog is our baby and to know that she is cared for and has the best people on her side warms our heart. Thank you Dr. Selbert for you and your incredible staff. Roxy and her Mom and Dad are very lucky.

It's always a pleasure taking our dog to West Allis Animal Hospital for his sedated nail trims/checkups. Thanks to Dr. Karen Selbert and staff for all their love and excellent care.

All of the staff is great. Very caring and patient with my senior dogs. I feel they truly care for pets as if they are their own.

I loved it! Facilities were so nice and clean. It was pet appreciation week so there were snacks in the lobby. Dr was great. Did so well with our two cats. Had great advice as well. Highly recommend!

Cannot reccomend this place enough. Our dog was diagnosed with Addison's disease and Dr. Karen has been helping us manage her disease and keep her as healthy and happy as possible. We drive an hour to go to this vet. We have been happy with the entire team.

We have been with the West Allis Animal Hospital for over 15 years. The staff is very caring and makes you feel like you are a part of their family. If I ever have a question or concern and I cannot get a hold of them right away, they always get back to me that same day. The remarkable staff helped us two years ago when our little girl had to be put down. They helped us to get through the loss of our beautiful Abby. Now 2 years later we got a spunky little puppy Zippy and our first visit was scary as we couldn't go in with him, however, the staff came out got Zippy took him in and called us and told us how everything went and he came out a happy puppy. I highly recommend West Allis Animal Hospital.

We love the West Allis Animal Hospital!! We have two young dogs and we have seen all four of the veterinarians on staff. All of the vets, vet techs, pet care assistants, and receptionists that we have worked with are amazing. You can tell that everyone that works there loves what they do and they have always taken very good care of our pups. We've been through a number of scary situations with our little troublemakers and the vets always make sure we understand what's going on and what options we have in treatment and behavior modification. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you West Allis Animal Hospital!!

We've been taking our cat Logan here for the past eleven years. They've been great to him/us over those years. I'm grateful for their services and support, especially over the past few months. Dr. Karen did a great job helping us prepare for Logan crossing the rainbow bridge. The front staff has undergone some changes over the years, but all of them have been nothing but pleasent. This is a great place.

I brought my dog here after receiving some concerning lab work. Dr Steffen and the entire staff was beyond excellent! They treated us with the utmost respect and took their time explaining every bit of detail. Dr Steffen answered all my questions without rushing through our appointment. She was so honest in answering questions and instead of pushing procedures and exams that most other places have done so in the past, she was honest and told me it wasn’t necessary at this time. For a first time experience here, they all made me and my dog feel welcomed and will now have a returning customer.

I have a large dog that's reactive to other dogs and generally anxious. They made sure my kiddo could come in without being stressed by other dogs. They were great and very supportive with everything for his appointment. Dr Steffen was awesome and very patient with him. Absolutely recommend.

The staff was very kind to my old boy Buster. I appreciate the efforts they made going up and beyond to make sure he was comfortable!

Great staff and caring, experienced Veterinarians have always provided the best care to my Miniature Poodles over the years. The staff is welcoming, courteous and get back to me in a timely basis when I leave messages.

I love bringing my hound boy here, he’s been coming since he was a tender pup. When we come he sees Dr. Menjas which is our favorite and Chloe cuts his hair it’s my one stop place to go for my baby man’s needs
