There are some Wonderful and Helpful employees working at this post office, especially Pam! They occasionally go above and beyond to help me get my deliveries and find the right choices for my shipments! These are some of the best people that I've had the pleasure of dealing with at any post office yet from Summerfield to The Villages to Inverness! :D :D :D

I stopped in to mail a package. I met Amy behind the counter. She was extremely helpful and very nice. It was a terrific experience and I highly recommend Oxford USPS. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been dropping off packages at this location since august 2021 and every time I am there all clerks are extremely helpful, courteous and professional. This location has a great staff.

Easy and fast little post office. Staff member was super nice when I tried to give her a prepaid FedEx package because my dumb @ss hand't been paying attention and even gave me directions to closest drop off for them.

The employees I have talked with recently are very helpful! Service was quick, too!

Small, not crowded

We repeatedly get packages stuffed in our box that can't be pulled out because there is a lip around the edge, making the outside opening smaller than the inside opening. Why they don't put these packages in the package boxes, I'll never know. We have to leave our package in the box with a note to put in the package box so we can pick it up! It happens repeatedly!

Consistently getting mail shoved into box and after speaking with the postmaster about it nothing gets accomplished. This has been going on for over 3 yrs in my subdivision but many ppl have complained about it going on for much longer than that. Spending wasted time at the post office begging for proper mail delivery and never getting any better! Who do I complain to? Apparently nobody cares or has any helpful suggestions smh

They do NOT follow written instructions for delivery! My porch is ALWAYS accessible, instead the LAZY driver chose not to deliver my package stating they didn't have access! I'm assuming it wasn't the regular carrier asit was time stamped 7:30 1/7/24. I can't call and speak to anyone to resolve this, and no package in sight! Poor scrappy service USPS! No wonder FedEx is more popular and reliable! Way to fail!

Mistakenly took a heavy box to Oxford, Fl post office that had Vodka printed on the side. I know that this is unacceptable to USPS. Asked chubby behind the counter if I could borrow her black marking pen. She refused. Said that I would wear the point down on her pen. I am 82 years old. Had to lug the box back home. She is black haired and nasty. No wonder the USPS is always broke financially. With employees like her, the USPS will stay broke and in debt. She should get a job that does not entail working with the public, like cleaning rest rooms at a rest stop.

The mail man have put my parcels in the wrong mail boxes on July 5th Wednesday and on July 8th Saturday.
So far I have not received my parcels. I have received an email each time that said that my parcel has been delivered and ready to be pick up from my mail box.
Today I receive a key in my mail box so I open the box up and found someone else parcel in my box. I had to walk down the next street to give the right person their parcel. I still have not received my parcels from July 5th and 8th.
A woman at the mail box said that she has received other people parcels in her mail box too. I am not happy with that mail man.

Terrible attitude from the dark haired female staff that works the counter. She's gives me a hard time and questions every package I mail. Today I arrive at 4:29..yes, I know right before closing and just wanted to drop off a pre-paid package..nope, she told me the register was closed..I didn't need a receipt, it could have been processed tomorrow what was the difference 4:20, 4:25, 4:29..she just refused to take it.

Won't redliver in my area. Employees have a crappy attitude in the post office. Can't get my package.. because you can't call the post office you have to wait over an hour on hold with a call center just to see if your stuff is on a truck or at the post office. Crappy place

I sent an certified envelope to Oxford, FL. from Phoenix, AZ it has taken over 12 days and still no delivery to this location! Where is my envelope? USPS service really SUCKS and the service is TERRIBLE!!
