First contact was Samantha in the showroom. She was awesome. She is knowledgeable, patient and very willing to assist. She was instrumental in our decision to go with Marks's Floors. The owner Mark (Samantha’s father) actually came out to do the measurements and so personable, it felt like we were dealing with a long time friend. There were no issues with the delivery or installation of the product, even though our job it right in the middle of the Covid 19 crises. We had to delay, due to other back ups on our renovation project, but Mark’s Floors adjusted without issue. The installation crew, lead by a gentleman also named Mark, were as pleasant and positive as one could expect. We have already started thinking about carpeting the the rest of the house, that was not tiled, and we are definitely going to give Mark’s Floors our business.

We had 4 rooms that needed old carpet pulled up and wood laminate put down. I was expecting it would take over a day but they sent a big enough crew and got the whole job done in 5 and half hours.

Our floors look GREAT! The price was fair and I highly recommend Mark's Floors to anyone.

I debated who to call for my floors and ended up calling Mark's floors because of their reviews. I am so happy I had them install my floors. They look absolutely perfect! I cannot wait to do the rest of my house. The installers were very professional. I wish I could put a picture of my tile floor on this review because it really looks stunning!

We recently had flooring replaced after buying a house and changed our minds about three or four times before making our final decision, and Claudia was very patient with us throughout the entire experience. She was also extremely knowledgeable about all the flooring questions we had. Plus, she's so friendly and kind to work with! Mark was also a great asset for us to consider things we hadn't thought of. Everyone in this company is helpful, professional, and just great all around. The guys who installed our floors were fantastic! We were not present when they performed the installation and they were great about sending us many pictures of their progress each day to keep us informed. We were thrilled to see how nice the floors looked and when we finally were able to see them in person, we could not have been more happy. Our floors are gorgeous! I would highly recommend Mark's Floors to anyone.

We recently purchased tile at marks floors to finish off what our builder started. Samantha was able to order our same tile and it luckily matches perfectly! She was very sweet to us while making our purchase! They were also able to accommodate us to pick up our tile on a Saturday since both my husband and I work all hours through out the week! We were also given great recommendations for someone to lay our tile for us!

Marks Flooring installed wood laminate flooring throughout my entire home. They did an amazing job. It's absolutely beautiful. The installers were very respectful of our home and us as well. Thank you, Marks for a job well done.

What an amazing company! They redid the floors in our home and they came out great. At the store the ladies that work there were very helpful. If by any chance you do go ask for Samantha. She was very helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about. Definitely was a great experience working with Mark’s Floors!

Excellent installation of carpet and laminate flooring! I am very pleased with the products, and the results. There were a couple of issues that had to be resolved after laminate was installed, and prior to carpet, but the the issues were handled. The owners made sure installation could move forward, and we were satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Mark’s again.

They were patient with my many questions and helped to find just the right carpet to fit my needs. The install crew was fantastic. So conscientious of making sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The carpet was installed today and it looks amazing. Beyond my expectations. I am so glad I went with Marks Flooring.

Outstanding work and results. Replaced 1000 sq ft of tile with laminate. The workers were timely, professional, courteous and efficient.

Our wonderful experience started with Samantha in the showroom. She was instrumental in our decision to go with Marks's Floors and guided us though the selection process answering the the many questions we had concerning selection, removal and installation of tile. It was great to see the actual owner of the business, Mark, come to our house to not only take all the measurements, but to also describe his family business and his concern for customer satisfaction. The icing on the cake was the 4 man installation crew headed up by Mark (not the owner). He directed and installed over 1500 square feet of tile throughout just about every area of our house with his coworkers Danny, Rasheed and Chris. I have never seen such a great combination of workers all extremely positive, hard working and polite. We could not have been more satisfied with the way our job proceeded and ultimately turned out. We plan to return to Mark's Floors to replace a bedroom carpet in the near future.

These guys were great. They have the best prices in town. Mark and Samantha were easy to work with. They installed my carpet extremely fast and the customer service was perfect.

I tried using another company in Clermont (Frank Hollinger & Sons) who wouldn't return my emails and barley returned my calls. Even when they did they couldn't answer my questions. The secretary had to call Frank and then call me back, 3 times. All to give me a take it or leave it quote.

Marks Floors is 1,000 times better..... Call them first!!!!!!!

I have to say this is a great company! I had them do my carpet install when I renovated my house and the first installer messed up. I called to let them know and the owner of the company was out at my house the very next day! He said they'd take care of it and they did just that! They fixed it perfectly and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Marks Flooring!

Great experience with a great company. Their sales people are very knowledgeable and showed us exactly what we needed. Installation was great too and they even move the furniture out and in the rooms for you. Highly recommend and will shop there again for our flooring.

Amazing customer service. Marks Floors went the extra mile for me multiple times. You can tell they care about their customers. Plus, they are very quick. I highly recommend them.

Awesome place. Great family atmosphere. Being a masculine guy that doesn't like to accept the fact that I couldn't do flooring myself, Mark and his staff really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and made the process of flooring my new house amazing. 100% recommend.

Great company, friendly, helpful and professional. Great installers are willing to make repairs long after the work was done even if it was not due to their product or installations. These guys have been in business over 20 years and are old locals. Call them first you won't be disappointed!
