The shop was very quiet and clean, the owner walked me through the entire process of weighing and valuing the silver that I was trying to sell so that i understood where my offer came from and so that each of us was happy. He was so incredibly kind, honest and sincere. This will absolutely be my first stop the next time I deal in precious metals. I am very glad I came here and will recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy or sell gold/silver.

With the price of gold as high as it is, I brought some old jewelry here to sell. The gentleman is as honest and fair and genuinely pleasant as all the other reviewers say. This was a great experience. Some jewelry had a little bit of sentimental value (although the $ value outweighed that). This gentleman is friendly and kind. He explained everything about what I had, what it is worth retail, what he will do with it, etc. I know he gave me the highest price of any other dealer in the Racine-Milwaukee area. It was nearly an hour drive and totally worth it. You can't do better than doing business here.

Mark: thank you for your help today.. there's only a few shops I work with typically for my jewelry and for knowledge on diamonds and gold. Mark is a true gentleman.. honest, kind, and intelligent. No matter the simplicity of the situation.. he will explain and walk you through everything you need to know. He's does appraisals, resales, and repairs for me and my personals. This gentleman is generous for what he pays for unwanted gold. Nice guy who actually gave me more than what I thought I would get on a high end expectation. You would be doing yourself a disservice to take your business elsewhere.

As a younger person the opportunity or need to sell precious jewelry has only presented itself 3 times. The first was over a decade ago here at JRSi entered intimidated, and naïve without a clue what a good price would be & left not knowing if I had gotten a fair deal yet satisfied that I was treated kindly baby the informative gentleman behind the counter . Before leavingI browsed his small, yet eclectic inventory and h I’d return in the future to own one or two of the unique items in his case.

My second experience was at a shop in Brookfield where I felt like a number, they took my items in back and came back with an offer that seemed on the low end of the going price for gold at the time. I left there unsure if I had received a good deal, sick, and unsatisfied.

JRS weighed everything in front of me and explained the reasoning behind the current Valerie of both the metals and the stones I had brought in to sell so i I chose to return to him for my third sale. It was nice to return to a familiar place and be greeted by the same helpful gentleman who I met 10 years prior. He was even more helpful the second time around. He even encouraged me to keep certain pieces that held sentimental value, an unlikely quality b for anyone who is in business just to make money. Before leaving, I browsed again and was able to purchase a fantastic ring that I will keep for a lifetime and plenty of new information about previous stones and metal along with many useful facets of the industry.

I will return always and would recommend this small shop to anyone.

My fiancée wanted to sell some old jewelry and so we kind of just picked this place based on the rating. This jewelry shop is located in the heart of downtown West Allis and the owner, Mark is a gem himself. He knows his jewelry and will go the extra mile to explain how the buying and selling process works so that you feel more confident that you're getting a fair deal. I had also asked him about renewing a piece of white gold jewelry, he said no problem and came back 10 minutes later with my white gold ring looking brand new. Really outstanding work Mark!

Great guy. Very polite. Went in to see if what I had was real gold and he explained everything he did to show me if it was or not. And at the end of it all he gave me a pretty fair price. I'll definitely be bringing any business I have here. Thank you 👍

I would give this place 10 stars!!! The associate that helped me was very respectful, professional, honest and all around amazing!! He sat down with me and went through over a 1000 coins with me in my collection! He took the time to break it all down and explain to me what I had and also appraised my gold jewelry best experience I have had in a jewelry store hands down. I highly recommend for anyone to go here you definitely not regret it.

I came to the store for the first time after reading some positive reviews online. I actually had a great experience as the gentleman Mark was extremely kind and welcoming. He madame feel confident about the price he offered for some jewelry I sold. I definitely recommend going here if you plan on wanting to sale any gold or even diamonds. I took in several pieces of jewelry to have items repaired! The same day I went in Mark was cordial and willing to assist me. He replaced the clasp on one of my necklaces the same day and offered a fair price. He then gave me a timeframe in which the rest of the items would be repaired and available for pick up. The prices offered for repair were also reasonable and fair. When I went to pick my pieces up they were appropriately repaired and super shiney. He cleaned the items and they looked beautiful.

I work lots of hours and my schedule was complicated but he worked with me to schedule a time I could meet with him.

Please use this business for old fashion customer service and hospitality coupled with fair prices😀

I brought in two necklaces that were honestly not worth much but hold a lot of sentimental value. They fixed them both within 15 minutes, worked with me on which pieces to use to fix them, and charged an extremely reasonable price. I absolutely recommend supporting this small business!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down this place and Mark are great. He is fair, honest, personable, respectful, compassionate and hands down just an over all great guy. He's done right not only for me but a handful of others that have used him. I'll be back.

Mark is the nicest man to work with. I called the shop about three weeks ago to see if he could repair my fiancés engagement ring and he was extremely friendly and honest up front. When I took the ring in he checked the entire ring out and each stone for me to verify it was legit and explained the repair process to me. The price I believed was way beyond fair and the repair was conducted faster then expected. Highly highly recommend going here above any other place

The shop owner was so kind and helpful. I’ve been to a few different jewelry stores where I felt I wasn’t taken serious or was treated rudely. The owner here answered all my questions and was patient and re-explained something if I didn’t understand. He gave me a great deal on a chain and a small repair to a bracelet and even made another small fix free of charge. He also had lots of beautiful unique pieces.

Went to compare at several stores & the owner offered the best prices for my old gold jewelry! He was very knowledgeable and tested everything, explaining what he was doing. He offered me twice as much as the store nearby and was able to verify what I had was real, where I felt the other store was guessing. It’s best to call ahead since he is a busy person, but I guarantee you’ll get your money’s worth. Thanks so much!
