I cannot overstate my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Dr. John Baker and his staff. At every point in the process I felt like he and his staff genuinely cared - both in getting me in the door and in ensuring I was on my way to healing and restoration. Emily was my first contact with Allegiance Orthopedic and her compassion and responsiveness in scheduling me was unparalleled. Emily and Sonia both clearly explained the treatment I was receiving and made me feel like my desperation was valid and understandable. I’ve had excellent service before but this was the best. I hope anyone else who is needlessly suffering receives the same outstanding care and personalized attention I was so fortunate to receive.

Today was my second visit to the office. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I checked in 15 minutes early and was taken back right on time. I hardly waited 5 minutes for the Dr to arrive. I was handled professionally and compassionately. They answered all my questions and gave me great referrals. I was sent here through my insurance and have to drive and hour to get here. It's all worth it when you receive the best treatment and have doctors that actually listen. Thanks Allegiance!!

Exceptional good experience with Dr .Baker, and his whole team.
My quality of life was deteriorating , couldn’t even complete daily activities.
State of the art Treatment (ask about PRP for joint pain)and very organized staff made my experience really great.
I have improved so much, and want to thank also Emily, and Sandra and Mike and staff for all that you do that makes this a fabulous orthopedic office in the Boca Delray area! 6 Stars!

My fiancé and I went here for a checkup and the entire staff was super sweet and helpful! The one who helped us out the absolute most and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed was Erika , one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met!! We will definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone we know!!!!

Dr. Baker did my Dad's knee replacement. My dad thought that he would never work again. Dr. Baker did such an amazing job that he started back to work last month. The staff is great especially Emily, both of the Sonia's and Cindy if it weren't for all of those amazing people I don't think he would have done so well. Thank you everyone!

Erika is extremely professional and efficient. She has been there a long time and knows the ins and outs. She is so nice and sweet! She will make sure everything gets taken care of.

Upon visiting, I walked in to a clean office with a very nice lady by the name of Erika greeting me. She helped with everything I needed help with. Dr. Baker is a great doctor and I would recommend to anyone with issues.

Today was my first experience with Dr. Baker and his staff.
Over the phone they were very courteous and empathetic to my pain due to an arm bar.

They got me a next day appointment and I was able to text them over all my documents so it could be processed quickly..

I am a single father of three kids under 9 and I had my 5 years old daughter with me.
We sat in the waiting room 14 minutes....
that’s it... 14 minutes which for a specialist, that is unheard of!

Once in an exam room I went for an X-Ray and there were multiple girls on staff wanting To help me and spend time with my daughter while I went in for images..

VERY courteous, kind and social to both myself and my daughter.
The imaging tech was an incredibly kind Indian man who shared stories about his time in BJJ back in India as well as linguistics..

Dr. Baker is a straight shooter with I VERY much appreciate.
I’ve had 4 cadaver allografts and two bone grafts as well as a reconstruction of my elbow.
So coddling and niceties aren’t my style.

He spelled it out quickly and honestly and had a great bedside manner with my daughter as well...
Overall an amazing experience !!

Mrs. Erika sharkey was very helpful when it came to understanding how the coverage of my insurance worked. She was always very polite and sweet. Thank you for that!

The care that I have recieved from Dr.Baker and his staff has been outstanding. Dr. Baker operated on my knee about a month ago and I am very pleased with the results. I'm also happy with the post surgical care I have recieved as well. Dr. Baker and his staff are alway kind and professional everytime I either call or visit. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a Orthopedic surgeon.

Dr Baker is extremely knowledgeable, did a great job on my quad surgery. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. All of his referrals such PT were great.

Karola, helped me; with my billing questions was friendly ; professional and answered questions directly and provided information needed. Dr. Baker is the best in our area he was able to get me right in explained in layman's terms
