Dr. Pluviose was excellent! My husband and I are very pleased with his knowledge and service. He addressed our concerns and referred my husband to specialist needed due to diabetes.
The staff was very efficient and professional. I love the way Dr. Pluviose engages during taking medical info, as he inputs it into the system. His office operates very effectively and is very organize. I love the fact that blood work is done in his office.

Dr. Pluviose is a very nice and caring doctor. I would highly recommend him.

Whenever I call to get a prescription refill they place me on hold for over 20 minutes and do not pick the phone back up. I have to consistently follow up with them when I have been told the doctor will call you right back. These follow ups occur a few days to a week later with the response "Oh yes the doctor did tell me to tell you......". Terrible response time.

Likely the most incompetent and rude people you will ever meet at the doctors office. You will sit there for over an hour before you are seen. They’re so called “Health Coach” has more important things to do like talking on the phone instead of advising patients. They are just awful! The best thing is that they speak creole there, but the service is absolutely horrendous. Removing myself my parents from their care.
