Tricklebee Cafe

What a wonderful cafe! We need more places where people can go who are hungry and may not have much (or any) money. Please keep doing this important ministry! Our prayers are with you. 🙏

Had a great plant based lunch. Very interesting menu concept, there is one plate on the menu. Pay what you feel like paying. It all was very good, very nice staff.

The food here is really tasty. It is vegan and gluten free, and they source everything locally. I like my meat, don't get me wrong, and still really enjoyed food. They don't set prices on their menu; rather it is a pay what you can business model. I'm definitely going back there.

Fantastic fresh food! It is a pay what you can cafe, so you are getting healthy and hearty food, while also paying it forward with every meal. This is a great place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and the company as well.

Genuinely one of the coolest places in Milwaukee. The food is beyond excellent and the staff are so nice that I forgot I was in a restaurant! Highly highly highly recommend going here, even if you aren't vegan!

Parking is an issue but not insurmountable. I go for the amazing food and sense of participation in something bigger.

This place is so great and the outside sales ring area is just so unique and feels like you’re somewhere other than Milwaukee. And for some reason, It reminds me of a vibe that is similar to a garden 🪴 or something else of the sort!! The mural on the big wall outside is awesome and I’ve always liked how their menu has a lot of original items to offer!!

My step daughter and I had an amazing meal and an amazing time hanging out with Caroline and Christy. Thank you ladies for a great afternoon!

I go there often for lunch with my friend Konrad. Family atmosphere. Unique, tasty food. They are building community on North Ave.

Dropped in with friends who had never been to Tricklebees. All were pleased and tickled they be at all they experienced. Delish.

This is the BEST cafe in the area!!! It is a pay as you can cafe, with delicious vegetarian/vegan options made with local fruits and vegetables. They don't have a regular menu as their menu options change daily depending on their shipments of food received for the day. The staff is outstanding and so polite. This cafe is EXACTLY what the community needs! I highly suggest if you haven't tried Tricklebee Cafe to give it a try. Allow your soul to be feed with hearty and nourishing food ♥.

Great mission - to feed the community regardless of how much you can pay.. Excellent plant based whole food! When you walk in, you feel like you are at home.

Rarely in the non-profit world is such a simple idea executed so well. Tons of hard work everyday is what makes the magic happen. Hold on to the dream!

What a fantastic place! The staff are warm and friendly, the food fresh and very tasty, and the mission absolutely outstanding. To be clear, the cafe serves a very short menu of whatever they have the ingredients to prepare that day and guests are asked to pay whatever they believe appropriate. We were thrilled to pay a bit extra and hopefully support such a worth cause! If you go, you will not regret it - you will leave with both a full stomach and a full heart.

It has a great atmosphere. Each table and seating arrangement iso unique. The music isn't overpowering, so you can have a nice conversation. The people working there are friendly and courteous. The food was excellent and brought out quickly.

What a beautiful Cafe in spirit and substance...come as you are, pay what you can. I highly suggest everyone visit this Cafe full of locally sourced teas, food, coffee and ❤!

Delicious food in a warm and lovely environment. The day we were there the cafe was bustling but service was quick and friendly. The food was wonderful and we chatted with several other diners at our communal table. This is a really special place.
