Sunshine Self Storage - Miramar West

Sunshine self-storage and their staff at the West Miramar location are sensational! Denise, Nick, and Esther are all are very kind, helpful, and professional employees who helped to make my experience smooth and pleasant. I had to come multiple times because I initially chose the wrong unit but they were patient and helpful. Each of them went above and beyond to provide excellent and speedy service with a smile! Not to mention that the facility is very clean and well maintained. I would highly, highly recommend!

Excellent customer service by Nicholas at the front counter. We went by on Saturday where he greeted us and was gracious, patient, and very helpful. Furthermore Sunshine Self Storage made it very convenient unlike a Public Storage facility we went to where their doors were locked and we were unable to see a representative on site. It made our decision that much easier. Thank you, Nicholas for representing Sunshine in such a positive manner.

No hassle renting a storage unit here. It has easy access and it’s close to home. Esther’s customer service is unmatched! She is extremely helpful and really makes sure her customers are happy. I just rented a unit here and was very impressed by the cleanliness and the service. The lady at the front desk was very nice and patient. She showed us several units and didn't rush us at all. The halls and units are very clean. The temperature is perfect......no heat or humidity!
