The pharmacy at this location is amazing! The staff went above and beyond in trying to find me a coupon for my prescription that was over $500!! Big thanks to Ahmad for assisting me throughout the process and helping me calm down after I thought I was paying $500.. We got it down to $30 Thanks to, Deserne, The pharmacist.

I had a wonderful experience! The store was clean, and the associate was fantastic! She helped me find the product I was looking for, answered my questions, and gave me helpful ideas. She made the experience excellent. I will definitely come back!!!

Great CVS on NW corner of Miramar Pkwy & Flamingo. Jordan helped me and was super knowledgeable and friendly!

Went in 8/24 to pick up my
Husbands prescription and at the same time was able to have my ears pierced by the AMAZING Daniel in the beauty section. Daniel was soooo sweet and kind and just the way he treats you and speaks to you really makes you feel like you’ve known him forever ! While I was there waiting to get my ears pierced I noticed how many people would come and say hi to him and would ask him for recommendations and thank him as well for past recommendations. He is truly an amazing person and I am glad I was able to meet him. Definitely will keep coming to him for beauty tips !!

I wanted to make a review about the most wonderful CVS I have had the pleasure of meeting in ALL CVS Florida stores I've been to and I've been to MANY. This is the first time I have written a review about a CVS employee but Daniel, the amazing cosmetics employee at this CVS location just went out of his way to make my experience shopping today so fun and informative. I had questions on cosmetics application and he took so much time to explain different products and how to apply them with the desired look I wanted. He was also incredibly sweet and patient with my questions. He showed me various products and explained which would work best for my complexion. I have never had such a wonderful customer service experience. (I'm writing from my husband's account here haha). But he just went above and beyond.

Daniel, thank you for being so kind, warm, and professional. This person exemplifies the true definition of customer service. To the manager at this CVS, he deserves to be recognized. Above and beyond, Daniel!

I LOVE shopping at Cvs! There is a guy that works in Beauty his name is Daniel! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE on earth. I always go in there looking for him anytime i meed skincare or makeup recomendations! He needs a raise.

The Staff at CVS 12401Miramar park way is Exceptional. They greet you and acknowledge your wait.They are Efficient, courteous, and helpful. Thank you for all you do!

Marycarmen was absolutely wonderful! She helped me to sign up for the CVS extra care card and use a coupon for a product I purchased. She is very nice and helpful, 10/10 customer service from her!

This is out first time attending the store because we are from out of state! When we arrived at the store Ian greeted us at Heath hub to help us due to my wife was not feeling the greatest. Ian went above and beyond to help us to try and get an appointment sooner than 4:00 pm and he started out by writing down my wife’s symptoms and information to give to the nurses just incase an appointment opens up earlier. When he was taking about my wife he did use the pronoun for my wife and didn’t judge us one bit for being an LGBT couple. We felt like EXTREMELY comfortable! When we came back at 4:00 pm for my wife’s appointment and he came back to the Health Hub and greeted us again! He then proceeded to ask how my wife was feeling and apologized for assuming he used the wrong pronoun, but he didn’t. 😊 Overall if you are looking for an excellent customer service person Ian is the person to go for! Thank you Ian for making our experience here a positive one!

Pharmacy staff is always pleasant and professional. Daniel is the absolute best with recommendations for products for skin, hair, nails etc…

I want to start off by saying how I’ve always been a loyal cvs customer, because of all the deals and coupons most of the time is quick and easy and I go in to get my meditations there also, but I want to take the time to thank DANIEL.. I can’t believe how much knowledge he has for what he does. The way he greets you and the way he just is makes me happy.

Even my daughter knows him from when he worked in another retailer- he is that famous you could only mention key words and people know it’s him and his amazing skills and his amazing brain that has all that knowledge !

Me and my family are so happy to see him happy and thriving because he deserves great things in this life and next !

I want to reach out to corporate but it’s been difficult. I want to make it known he has a huge passion and also lots of compassion, like I said I’ve been to many many many cvs’s and just because of him and the way he is true to him self is beautiful

To add yes the store is currently not at the best with other employees and the pharmacy needs to improve but Daniel has made it better for me

Please cvs look into Daniel and look how he is with everyone! Give him a promotion or a higher title

I've has been visiting this cvs for almost 2 years and since Daniel is working in the Beauty section you can see a different. Daniel's kindness and knowledge it's above of what you can expect...Daniel knows and look for what's best for you...and the best part you feel that you're talking with a friendly and human person☆☆☆☆☆

I had to make a stop at the pharmacy and when I went to checkout, Ian took care of me and was very friendly! I was not expecting an interaction at all but it made my day. Great customer service, very funny, and professional

Never once in the year of shopping at this location have I ever had an issue with customer service. Nothing is better than consistency and reliability. Pharmacy wise, Isabelle and Melissa are the best!!
