I went to them after going to Midas and being told a screw in my tire was in the side wall and I had to pay 225 dollars to replace the tire. I went to FM for a second opinion completely random. The guy that handled me was nice they pulled the screw patched me up and sent me on my way for 25 bucks. It’s refreshing to run into some honesty and integrity after what happened to me at Midas. Thanks guys

I have come here for emissions testing twice , and they started the test within 1 minute of me arriving in the parking lot.

Btw, The closest emissions facilities are : Dave’s Auto on Forest Home Ave (they weren’t doing emissions tests at 9 am on Thursday??!!), and Tech Way Auto on Kk (where you’ll wait about 2 hours or more for a test due to long lines). I am coming here every time from now on. Great job guys!

I stopped in this morning (with my toddler) for an emissions test. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially considering the little rascal was keen on exploring all the interesting tools and memorabilia on display. The inspection took less than 10 minutes and in that time I observed enough to give them a shot for future services. The customer side of the shop was in impeccable order unlike a lot of auto repair places (not to disparage others, but rather to highlight their attention to detail).

i was stranded in the middle of nowhere, half an hour from where i lived and this shop was the only one near. I was met with great service! I was told my car would be fixed over the weekend due to how much they were working on but in reality my car issue was resolved within 48 hours. Great staff and not to mention how many awesome classic cars they have inside their store. if any other problem arises, I will be sure to come here to get them fixed!

I rarely post a review, but after visiting FM auto today for a tire repair I really wanted to. From the minute I walked in the door I was met with professionalism and felt they genuinely wanted to help me. I was treated as though I had been a customer of theirs for years, even though that was my first time there. They were quick to pull my car in and had the job completed in about 15 minutes. I will definitely be taking any of my car needs to them going forward and will certainly spread the word just how good my experience was.

Yea they got me right. My car needed a tune up, they have towing so didnt have to pay until everthing was finished. Overral good service and prices not over priced. Will be coming back if I need more work done on my baby.

Great customer service this auto shop is my # 1 to go to their always honest and if they can’t look at the car the same day they always try to look at it the next day and their prices are very affordable

Great service and great prices. They're always very transparent with what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I had to take my car to a dealership to get a recalled part fixed. They recommended $1,500 worth of work. I denied the work, took the report and my car to FM Auto, and they looked over everything and told me that nothing actually needed to be done (repairs were based on age instead of an actual inspection). I highly recommend FM Auto!

I've taken my 2003 Trail Blazer here a number of times for various reasons. Each time, I've left with the feeling they care more about a fair fix to my vehicle than sucking as much money from me as possible. This shop is excellent and I'm glad to have them close to my home!

5 star experience. I had a leak in a rusted brake line and they fixed what needed to be fixed and inspected the rest. Job was done quickly and I feel the cost was fair and honest. Fred at the front desk was great to work with. Highly recommend.

We have been going to this Service garage for along time. Repairs are done quickly and at reasonable cost. Honest regarding what actually needs repair and whether it can wait till a later date. Regular maintenance like oil changes etc. Available. Friendly people. :)

I have known one of the owners Jerry for 33yrs. and Fred I have known for about 10yrs they do great work at a fair price and dont rip you off very honest they will tell what is needed now and what can wait having your repairs done at FM Auto is an all around great experience

Had a sway bar and breaks done on my civic. They had it done the same day and at a good price! Highly recommend!
