I had noticed a nail in my tire. When I called the lady that answered the phone was very helpful. Upon arrival both the mechanic and herself greeted me. The mechanic checked my tire and was very thorough with explaining what needed to be done. Very friendly staff. Will highly recommend.

Today was a 5 Gold Star day for Kern, who was working alone. He handled the constant in-flow of customers, working on several cars at a time. He kept a professional demeanor throughout the 3 hours that I had to be there. If I was still in business I would want this young man working for me. He deserves an excellent review!!

Bobby was such a great help with finding the best deals for me! And Patrick had such great customer service I forgot I was spending my coin!

I'd like to give a shout out to Manager Keri Campbell! Today while waiting in line to have our car serviced I noticed how kind and patient he was to an extremely verbally abuse customer. She wouldn't stop berating him for things he had no control of! She was there for at least 10 min yelling and screaming! He politely tried to sooth the situation to no avail! He graciously offered her money back , gave her his managers phone number and corporates! Nothing was good enough for her. Can't believe he kept his cool so well! In reality he should have filed a police report for defimation of character and extremely inappropriate behavior. She even had her husband with her and he said nothing to her about her actions!!
Kerin did a great job avoiding what could have a much worse situation!

I am now a customer for life! I live in Ocala and work in Lady Lake. My go-to tire place in Ocala closed recently and I have been worried I would not find a suitable replacement but after my recent experience here, I'm happy to report that I've got a new go-to tire place!

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice and seemed genuinely appreciative to have my business. After a rough morning recently in which one of my tires AND my spare were flat, I feared the worst when stopping in. They discovered my tire just needed a new valve stem and the spare just needed some air.

I'm back on the road for a fair price and while I don't look forward to tire issues, it is comforting to know I now have a trustworthy place to go when it's that time again.

Had the need for all four tires to be replaced. Tire choice technician did a wonderful job. He was friendly and. Courteous.Highly recommend tire choice for your auto needs.

I had to leave my car here for you

So nice I pulled in and asked Anthony if he could check my tire pressure. I felt bad because he looked so busy. But, he took the time and even check my tread. So nice. And smart for him. Now they have a customer!!

I would like to say Thank You to the Management & Staff of Tire Choice. We were visiting friends @ The Villages in our 2023 Winnebago Travato when we picked up a self-tapping sheet metal screw in our right rear tire, and our tpms showed a leak. We called TC and they said bring it down.
They went above & beyond Great Service!!! We were in & out in less then 30 minutes, as they jacked it up manually, removed the tire, patched it internally, remounted the tire, then checked the air pressure in all our RV tires…
Then they said, is there anything else we can help you with? Wow, that’s Fantastic Service at its Best… I don’t write a lot of reviews, but they deserve the Best, I would give them 6 Stars, if I could… Don’t hesitate to use Tire Choice….

I've been to 3 tire choice locations and this one has the best service. Will continue to use this location in Lady Lake. The manager at the desk was friendly, courteous, and provided me with my requested list of up coming services recommended.

Came here to have my coolient system looked at. They checked it right away, told me the problem, gave me an estimate. I thought it was reasonable. Ty, the young man that waited on me was super polite and very knowledgeable. They had to order the part
So Ty had a very nice man take me home.

They were super nice and understanding. Had to get a new tire put on because mine went flat. But they checked my tire out and let me know they could patch it up and save me a lot of money. So appreciated

Amazing customer service! I got a nail in my tire (not on sidewall or shoulder of tire) but still concern that putting myself a plug would not work or be safe due to apparent size of the nail. I called Tire Choice to ask if I needed an appt and Tracy said "bring it now and we'll take a look at it". They were working in a couple of cars so I expected to wait a while but in aprox 15-20 mins she told me that it was fixed and not to worry... Yeap, They didn't want to charge me for the time and plug or patch so in this times that was really hard to believe and with great sense of gratitude I asked again, they told me it was ok and no charges ... It was the day before Father's Day ... so maybe a special treat or kind gesture so I didn't insist and simply tipped the mechanic for his time and assistance and thank them again for getting me out of the problem and back on the road so quickly. They have earned a new customer for any car related issues (fyi they do all kind of auto service besides tires) and I gave similar recommendation to all my neighbors about their amazing overall customer and work service skills.

This tire shop is amazing! We had a rental car that got a flat the very first night we had it. We brought the tire in and they patched it right up within an hour, no questions asked! They hooked us up in a very short notice. The staff is so professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend coming here for any tire or auto needs! 5 stars indefinitely!

I have been dealing with Tire Choice for quite a number of years. Very good mechanics that do a great job, in a timely manner. Have up front pricing after inspections. I will continue to use Tire Choice.
