Holiday Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport, an IHG Hotel

Every single one of the staff here is amazing. The rooms are super comfortable, very clean, and spacious. Super comfy beds and pillows! The parking can get a little weird due to the park and fly thing they have going, but we were able to find space.

How this has less than 4 stars is a mystery.
Huge clean rooms. Pleasant staff, huge pool, free airport shuttle, and coffee maker in my room!
Would definitely stay here again.

My fiancée and I came here for a 3-day mini vacation and to see a show at the Pabst Theater. The location is fantastic and has many stores and restaurants nearby. The Pabst Theater was only a 10-minute drive from here.
The hotel was also fantastic. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and also very good sizes. (The hot tub easily holds up to 15 people!) The room had everything including a range, and a decent-sized fridge and freezer. The shower was also fantastic.
We will definitely go to this location again whenever we have events in Milwaukee. The staff were also very polite and professional. On Saturday we went to swim early and the pool was closed while it cycled chemicals. The assistant manager was very apologetic about it (and also a very nice and professional person), but I honestly thanked him for keeping the pool well-maintained and in outstanding shape!

I stay at IHG hotels 150 nights a year and this one is the best. It's clean, modern without being too trendy, and the pool area is the best there is. I dealt with Rosalinda at the front desk and she was just the friendliest person to work with. I enjoyed talking to her. I will be back.

Holiday Inn absolutely saved the day when we got to the rental car desk after a long flight and they were closed after midnight. We needed a last minute reservation and they picked us up with their free shuttle and got us settled fast! Front desk staff was so kind and reassuring which was everything we needed.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY! ESPECIALLY THE LADY SHUTTLE DRIVER THAT DROVE US AT NO CHARGE TO A RESTAURANT FOR DINNER... I WAS SO GRATEFUL I BOUGHT THE LADY DRIVER A BURGER & FRIES FOR DINNER FOR BEING SO KIND.... GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF INSIDE ASWELL ... MADE MY STAY VERY PLEASANT.
..LOVED THAT THE WATER WAS SUPER HOT FOR TAKING SHOWER.... I GIVE THIS HOLIDAY A MICHELIN 5STAR...

Thomas the assistant manager was also AWESOME… the employees here really go out of their way for you!! We will definitely be back to Milwaukee, and this is our “go to” place to stay for sure!!!

I made a reservation for this coming week into the weekend. For some reason online, even though I selected a 2 night stay, it went ahead just decided to book me for a 1 night stay. I couldn't cancel or do anything, so I called right away and spoke to Roger. He was so helpful!!! He was so sweet!!!!!! Me coming from out of town, and always looking for top customer service, is always priority! They were able to help me. Roger, was able to help me with my 2 night stay instead of 1. He was very detailed. Then this morning I got a confirmation receipt emailed to me, again stating on the Holiday Inn website that it's only for a one night stay! I called back just to verify, cause I want everything as smooth as possible when checking in, and the sweet gal from the front desk verified for me. She was so nice. She was definitely Latina, she also provided top customer service!!! This is just customer service review! I'm excited for my up coming stay!!!!

Food was good everything else good..BUT, when companies start to realize more that it's the people that work these establishments that make the difference, maybe more people will be rewarded in the service industry. TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE THAT TAKE CARE OF US!

Hotel was great but the staff made it perfect! Mr Brown goes above and beyond and is always there! Lol

I came in for some me time got a room it was not clean went to the receptionist and told her she re accommodated me with no issues. Went to the next room Omfgoodness it was much worse; I smoked shrugged my shoulders and said it’s not their fault because it was obviously the person whom was assigned tho floor. I Provo to just change my clothes but was ready to relax. So I did. But afterwards I gathered all my things and said you know that room was awful. So; Holly the same person I was dealing with the whole time was like okay. I am sorry again which I was like it’s fine but she went high and above to accommodate me and that alone meant a lot. Holly you made my holiday and I will definitely tell people about this hotel

The first room we had smelled like maple syrup, but the desk staff was wonderful about finding us another room.

Great experience. The AGM Marisela Rodriguez went above and beyond for us. When we found out at check-in that there was an issue with our original reservation through a booking site, she arranged for the same type of room at a slightly higher rate...along with a late checkout. Thankfully the hotel wasn't sold out being Valentine's weekend.
Later when we had trouble getting an Uber, she asked the shuttle driver, Carlos, to take us to our destination in Walker's Point. It saved our night!
Above and beyond customer service, and for a couple that doesn't get to stay in hotels that often, it meant a great deal. Thank you for saving our Valentine's weekend!

Recently visited Milwaukee for my daughters gymnastics competition and our family of four stayed one night. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and most of all affordable. Having worked part-time in college at a similar style hotel I was quite intrigued by the "Guest Comfort Policy". In essence it is an up front declaration that their rooms are NOT for parties nor do they tolerate excessive noise. Included in this Code of Conduct is a 5 person limit per room, quiet hours begin at 10 p.m., must be 21 to rent a room and all minors under 18 must be supervised by an adult. All I could say was AMEN!!! Finally a hotel with management that enforces a code that comes naturally to mature, polite and respectful guests. Perhaps this might anger some who enjoy being belligerent at 3 a.m. in the morning, however I am here to tell you those are the ones who typically destroy your rooms. I always remember my hotel owner referring to his hotel as his investment which is so true.

Additionally, I forgot my brand new glasses and after some back and forth ( I believe it was Elijah who finally located them ) management was kind enough to ship them back to me.

SO FIVE STARS for a nice stay!!!

Nice place. Stayed here because of a wedding in town. Although the hotel is great., Don't go to Culver's right in the same parking lot they'll cheat you out of your money.

Me and my husband visited for new year's Eve and fun at the casino in town. I absolutely loved their rooms, service was a bit sketchy, however the quality and the fact that there is a food menu was wonderful seeing as I had the worst cold the night of. The rooms were very well priced, I believe we paid no more than $100.00 for a night. Loved it but I hated being sick. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good time but want the outskirts piece of mind when resting.

After a travel day that had me arriving after 2 am due to late flights, i found my rental car GONE! This hotel and its night staff was amazing! they got me a room, picked me up, helped me find food and honestly, this may be the greatest hotel staff I have come across, and I travel often. The room was fantastic, comfortable and super clean, I am so happy i found them!

Second time we've stayed here... quick shuttle to the airport, friendly and accommodating staff, and convenient amenities. Will be staying again on our next trip to the Milwaukee area. Also, get an IHG rewards membership... rack up the points and get free stays.
