Mezcalero

It was a cold and rainy night so we pretty much had the dining room to ourselves. There were some folks eating at the bar, but with 7 of us, we needed a table. The dining area is large, yet the low ceilings made it feel more cozy.

The service was excellent. The young man who was our server had a LITTLE trouble with some of the English, but he got assistance when he needed it. He was VERY attentive, warm, friendly, and very sweet. He worked hard and made sure we were all happy.

The food is delicious. There were a few varieties of tacos ordered, a chimichanga, a couple burritos, guacamole, and the one spouse who doesn't like Mexican Food (😮 I know, right?) had a burger and fries. Their guacamole is so creamy and felt light. It wasn't a heavy dip, almost like a whipped dip - that was how light it felt. Oh and it was so fresh and pure we all just loved it. I had the Burrito Macho with ground beef as my protein. Very large and PACKED with meat with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. I MIGHT have been able to finish the whole thing had I not mindlessly munched on chips and salsa while waiting for people to arrive. But hey, then I wouldn't have had lunch for today. So win/win. Their chips are very tasty on their own as they are seasoned in addition to being served with salsa.

We will well taken care of and had a truly enjoyable evening.

Excellent, traditional food. Good service. Reasonable prices. And they gave us coupons at our table. Definitely going back soon.

Chips & Salsa were amazing. had the fish tacos and a raspberry margarita and my husband had shrimp tacos and a mango margarita. All of it was delicious! Especially the mango margarita - it was the best mango margarita I’ve ever had! Service was great, beautiful, clean establishment.

Wonderful service, great atmosphere, food prices are perfect. I just love going there and I'm never unhappy when I leave.

Amazing food at Mezcalero. They also had a really talented 6-man mariachi band when we went (it was a Friday night). I even requested a specific song, and they knew and played it.

Food was great. Service was very nice and polite (a little slower, but I think they were short staffed.)

I recommend their Parrillada platter (mixed grill). So good!

I had the burrito with all pastor. It was delicious! I enjoyed the seasonings. The rice and beans are also very good. I've also had the combination plate in the past. It's a good way to try 3 different entrees.

Great service and tasty food. I had the three amigos, and it was very enjoyable. Fresh Chios and salsa.

First time here tonight. Outstanding food and margaritas for outstanding prices!!! Hidden gem!! We will be back!!

After being treated with disrespect at El Beso restaurant (would not recommend) we decided to try out this place. Best decision EVER. the staff was SUPER friendly, patient and attentive to our needs. The inside of the restaurant is BEAUTIFUL and spacious. The agua de jamaica was PERFECT and all of the food was super appealing and delicious! If you’re looking for somewhere to eat definitely choose here!!

Nice atmosphere inside and great service! Decided to sit/eat outside on the patio, and it was wonderful with all of the potted plants and flowers. Loved the bistek a la mexicana, and will definitely be back to try more!

First time at Mezcalero Restaurant and we will be back! Great atmosphere including a big bar area. Plenty of seating, good music, great staff & service, great food, and very clean / well maintained! Tops in restaurant good and service and close to home!!

This may have been the best Mexican food I have had since I went to Cancun. Absolutely delicious!

Great food excellent environment and great service!!! Large alcoholic and none alcoholic beverages choices. Everything is made fresh and might take a little while to come out. However, you will be happy once you start eating! We are coming back to Mezcalero for sure and inviting friends to try it!

Totally loved the food service and atmosphere. Husband and I visited Mezalero for the first time. Loved the basket of chips and Salsa that were offered before our meal. The sesoning on the chips was great, along with the salsa. Great taste. Husband ordered Steak enchladas. He totallly enjoyed them. I ordered 3 steak tacos. I also loved them. The taste was just what we were looking for. The server was kind and prompt. We will visit again and let others know about our experience. Had a great dinner.👍

Loved it! Food is great. Vibe is great! My husband said the parillada was phenomenal. The potato tacos were great!! Paloma? Yes! Mojito? 💯!

The building itself was very nice, had a lot of cute seating areas! Service was excellent and the food!!!! the food was so good!! The meat was served still ripping hot on a cast iron dish and it tasted absolutely amazing! I will definitely be sharing this experience with more friends and family members!!

The food was awesome af! Definitely gonna go back. The al Pastor had perfect flavor but wasn't as crispy as I'd prefer. The ribs were ridiculously good. Pretty much all the flavors where spot on. And it was a pretty fair price.

My favorite place for when I'm craving authentic Mexican food (reminds me of my Grandma's cooking). I just had the most amazing meal cooked up by Mezcalero. I suggest trying the chicken and mole, the enchiladas, and definitely get their fresh guacamole and chips!
