Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Airport

The service from the front desk and shuttle drivers was exceptional, everyone treated me with great warmth and hospitality. I wish I could remember names! The room was super clean and comfortable. I loved it!

My family stayed here this weekend. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Monica at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Her smile and warmth made me feel right at home. I liked that the shuttle service from the airport was very fast, about 5-10 minutes from the time I called for a pickup. This Courtyard will be at the top of my list the next time I visit Milwaukee.

First stay here for park, sleep, fly and definitely because of the quality staff, we will be back! Shout out to Kurt- shuttle driver, desk, overall ambassador of the late shift. Prompt shuttle service when we needed it most! Hotel is quiet. Great location and plenty of parking. Much, much better choice than many others in the area.

My family traveled last minute to Milwaukee due to the loss of a family member. We needed a clean, reasonably price place to stay near the airport for everyone for several days. We chose the Marriott Courtyard and it was perfect. The building and rooms are all typical Courtyard. Nice, functional and clean, but not luxurious. Rose, the front desk person greeted us and listened as we explained our situation. She helped us choose the best rate plan for our needs and she helped us many times during our stay. She made us feel welcome. We spent a lot of time in the common areas due to our large group and there we met Jeremiah. His name tag said shuttle driver but he cleaned, greeted guests and smiled all the time. He made us feel at home. Haley served us many times in the cafe and she was as friendly and helpful as Rose and Jeremiah. Last, but not least, we met the general manager, Tony, who showed us why his team members were so customer focused… because he is. The service team at this location makes it a 5 star hotel. We will stay there when we go back next month and we highly recommend Tony and his team!

From the silent traveler to all of you this hotel is in a great location for your travel needs several restaurants are by a convenience store also to pick up some last minute things you may have forgotten. But beyond that the hotel staff is wonderful you greeted through the door from pick up coming out of airport all the way to the front desk which is really great. They offer quite a bit for those frequent travelers to their area and if you're part of loyalty program definitely make sure you let them know they want to make sure you get and take advantage of all the benefits for being a member. The room as you can see from the pictures very unique very nice very plus if you want to relax in your room you can. I don't know if this room has the capability of casting from your device to the TV it was so much to enjoy around I didn't really get a chance to check that part out. But the bed was very comfortable I had a very good night sleep and was up and ready to go first thing in the morning for work enjoy it. The workout room is small but you can still get your workout in and make sure you stay fit and ready. Also highly recommend bringing your walking shoes because the places they're not super close but they're not far either but you want something comfortable that you can walk to and from. The swimming pool is small but if you want to take a dip and do a little bit of water exercises you can definitely do that the downstairs lounge Widely open breakfast really good and ready for you to start your day. The water pressure excellent and a good way to relax too as a beads on to your body so that you can really relax. If you're in the area or planning to go make sure you stop by you won't regret it. Room was clean and super comfy! Mattress seemed worn, I flipped it and was perfect!
They have stand up showers, not a fan myself. Bathroom was clean and even had privacy partition wall for toilet! Breakfast was horrible, but was there during grab n go covid restriction... Only good items were the yogurt and fresh fruit (banana and orange).

Kurt the shuttle driver is a sweetheart! Took exception care of me during the Super Bowl and recommended a wonderful place to eat and watch the end of the game. All was great after a travel snafu! Thanks Kurt, Courtyard Marriott and American airlines. Gotta love wisconi!

I highly recommend The Courtyard by Marriott at the Milwaukee Airport. It is a true haven for flying out of and into the Milwaukee Airport. The Park and Fly package allows me to stay the first or the last day of my trip and to park for 14 days at a terrific rate. I've had such great experiences with the shuttle. The drivers are all very helpful and pick up and delivery is quick. My most recent return from a trip was the day after an ice storm. One side of my car was encased in ice. Dustin graciously chipped the ice off my car windows so I could safely drive home. This kind act is but one of many I've experienced at this hotel. The front desk staff are terrific, friendly, and supportive. This hotel is my go to place when I travel out of Milwaukee and back.

Bethany at the front desk was very helpful and so much fun to work with! I reserved 5 rooms for 2 nights for my family to attend a wedding!! Members of the family would change the arrival date or the name on the reservation. Of course it was all messed up. Bethany was so patient to help us straighten it out! Tony was also very helpful when my reservation said not cancelable even though they were 6 months away. He put a note on each room that they could be canceled two days before arrival.! Hotel was attractive, clean with comfortable lobby for us to meet and hang out in! Shuttle was convenient! Breakfast was still grab and go with pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins and Sausage biscuits. I think they could have coffee and ice water available all day like some others we have stayed in. We definitely recommend the Courtyard Airport

Love the place very clean awesome back patio with propane fireplace. very cozy and comfortable up-to-date Lobby. And best of all comfy bed which is hard to find. also staff accommodated my price since it was just me thought that was very courteous.

Good job to the young lady checking hotel guests in last night. I arrived just as a group of folks who had been Rescheduled on a flight for the next morning and were required to stay in Milwaukee for 1 night compliments of the airline. Although you could tell they would have rather been at the beach, I just sat on the side and waited for all of them to get checked in. The young lady at the counter serviced all of the chickens of the checkins with great service and a smile. I was in no rush so I was more than happy to be patient and just wait. I was very pleased with the room and accommodation at the hotel I had a restle in a very comfortable room. Special thanks for housekeeping for keeping up on their standards and making sure I had a clean and covid free stay.

Super clean room! 5 minutes from airport and close to everything. The staff is friendly and the food at the Bistro in the lobby is amazing, the skillet meatballs are to die for! Everyone is so friendly. Room was quiet and very very clean. They have a small indoor pool and hot tub and a well equipped workout room. I would highly recommend staying here.

We used the park and fly feature. While we were gone, there was 12+ inches of snow. Our car had been cleaned off when we arrived! That's over and above what we expected.

Thanksgiving night, only 20 people or so at the hotel. Friendly staff, gave us an option to stay at any of the floors. Rooms are standard, not bad. Quick and easy checkout in the morning. Food downstairs is amazing. Shuttle driver for when our flight left was great and friendly.

Location is easily accessible and close enough to both the airport and downtown. Rooms were modern and clean, and not too cramped. No issues with sound during our stay. Lobby area housed a bar/restaurant area that was clean and modern. We were overall quite satisfied with our stay here.

First, a big thank you and shout out to Liz who helped me during my stay. I called to see if I could check in early, and she helped me out no problem, and also arranged a Lyft to pick me up from the airport, as the shuttle was not running at the time. She asked which floor I would like to be on upon check in, and even helped me arrange a time to use the fitness facility - during covid, guests are able to book the fitness center for individual time slots, cleaned between each use! Liz was so welcoming, also was there the next morning to help pour coffee for the limited breakfast station.
Room was spacious, quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Got a great price for the room, and overall a wonderful stay.

Room was pretty standard for Courtyard. I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels now during Covid and I can say this was by far the best breakfast (most places don’t have any breakfast still..) I’ve had a hotel during this time. Also, one of the employees went outside and brushed the snow off everyone’s car! Thank you!

I flew into Milwaukee for a funeral, with a change of jacket and shirt, arrived 50 minutes early (bonus) where I attended a Celebration of Life for a 24 year old with a lifelong disability who led an amazing life, largely due to her incredible parents and siblings. The service was beautiful and so grateful I made the effort to go.

I expected to fly home the same day...and sadly my connecting flight to Detroit was delayed so I ended up staying overnight in Milwaukee and fly through Atlanta to avoid any additional delays the next morning. So far, so good!

I called into Delta once I realized what was happening and avoided a massive line. I used points to book a hotel, again did not want to wait in a 100+ person line. I booked the Courtyard by Marriott/Milwaukee Airport. I called and they sent a bus to pick me up. Kurt was a wonderful and entertaining driver, and a passionate Packer's fan! I enjoyed listening to his story and took my mind off of not getting home in time for our brunch the next morning. When I arrived, Monica kindly and warmly greeted me and unknowingly upgraded me to a suite, very kind. She provided me with some personal amenities as I was not prepared! She also delivered some water to my room, thank you!

The room was spacious, very comfortable and helped make a difficult situation a little better.

When I was leaving this morning, the lady at the desk was gracious, gave me some change, envelopes and we talked about the Courtyard experience. Courtyard's may not be the most luxurious properties yet they are comfortable and do the trick! Most importantly their people are truly *****! Thank you to the lady that checked me out and the gentleman that drove me to the airport - truly appreciated! Overall a great experience for a difficult situation!

My trip was due to the loss of my father and Liz, Sarah, Tony and all the employees I met there treated me like family, the hotel was very clean and safe. Thanks to Liz B with her charisma she made my difficult days feel like God sent me an angel to take care of me. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel. Recommended 100%
