TEES N GREENS PREMIUM GOLF STORE

We are fairly new to the area, found this place on Google maps, read the reviews and decided we MUST go patronize this establishment based on the negative reviews over a name on a towel. Grow up folks, don’t like it don’t buy it.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the owner was more than helpful, and I found some great golf clothing for a fraction of the country clubs. We love to support small business owners in the area and we will most definitely be back!

Great selection of golf attire at a very reasonable price. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I find it interesting that all these people dislike this store because of towels. Do you not go into the stores that are selling similar ones? What about Walmart, Publix etc? Sometime you need to look the other way at things that aren't what you like or believe. If they weren't in the door but in the counter and you went and shopped then saw the towel what would you have done? People need to grow up and be adults.

Just golf apparel. No clubs, grips, etc.

Have purchased many women’s and men’s clothing and accessories from this store since moving to The Villages. Not opposed to the extra 4% the store charges for credit card use because some of the clothing is more than double at other online golf stores. The woman who is always there could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

Very nice shop! Found a few new golf outfits and the sales lady was very helpful. Only 4 stars because of the prices. Have seen the same shirts elsewhere for $20 less! Nice to find a shop like this not too far away that gives personal service with a smile.

There is a good selection of men's and women's golf clothing and hats but not a lot of golf equipment. The prices are high. And buyer beware-- you cannot return items, even unused with tags. You can exchange it for the same item of different color or size.

All the reviews are old and outdated. The store has nice merchandise but they are misleading. I had out of town guests and they all bought merchandise. Did not notice till we were done that the store charged you extra for using your credit card. My guests were quite upset and called the store and were told that the charge for using your credit card is posted. None of us saw the post. I think it should be verbally said to the customer at checkout that you will be charged extra for using your card. I will not be back to the store or encourage other to support this business. Sorry!!

I was looking at a hat and inquired with the manager if the one I was interested in ever goes on sale. She stated they never go on sale and the $39.95 price would never go lower...anywhere. Convinced, I bought the hat at the Lake Sumter Landing, FL store. The next morning I was at Golf Central in Brownwood a few miles away and the same hat (Soaker Hat) was $29.95, 25% cheaper. Since I had not even worn the hat yet I brought it back for an adjustment. Tees N Greens in Lake Sumter basically told me "too bad, so sad." No refunds and no adjustments. All sales final. They were deceptive about the pricing and absolutely refused to make it right. Buyer beware when shopping at this business. You will be overpaying 25% for the same items you can easily purchase at another business in the area. Also, other business don't trap you with a "All Sales Final" constraint. Stay away!
Additionally, there are many negative reviews about charging to use a credit card without informing the customer. They got me too! As it turns out they complete this deception by putting your credit card receipt on top of your itemized receipt and putting a staple strategically in a place where you can't see that there is a difference between the itemized price and the credit card charge. This is not done by accident. It will be reported to the BBB.

My party and I just encountered the rudest clerk in this store I have ever met. I have traveled all over the world and never have had anyone treat me with such disrespect. They will not tell you before the purchase of the upcharge for using a credit card, no returns,, stating it is in print and the fee is 3.99%. Everyone in my party purchased items and no one saw this information. I personally own a business and would nevertreat a cistomer in this maner. Repeat business is the greatest thing going for me. Your company just lost 4 customers forever!
