One Stop Self Storage

Bryan and Cornelius have saved me from enormous amount of stress! I have to move and the move was unexpected. This beautiful historical building is on my way to work. I decided to check out the facility and never looked back. In fact I upgraded my unit. It is safe, beautiful, and clean. The customer service is 5 star. If I could I would live in my unit I would.

One Storage Storage has Great prices, the units are nice. The staff responds right away if there is a concern. It is safe,there are security cameras, and a keyad entrance into the garage areas. There is an elevator to move between floors. It is great you don't have to deal with the weather outside while moving your belongings, because the inside is temperature controlled. My only concern is that they used to have like 3 carts to help you load your items ,since I'm on the 3rd floor, i need them. Now, I cant seem to find any. I don't know if people re taking them, But They Need to get More ASAP. other than that, I really like using One Stop Storage.

for the last 3 years and within the 3 years I've met plenty of managers and every last one of them has been very helpful; I will recommend the storage to a friend. thank you for all your help in the years I've been using the storage.

Alex is the absolute best! I could go on & on but just know she is so helpful, friendly & personable. She got back to be very quickly after I did an online reservation & answered all my questions. While visiting the facility, it was so clean & Alex really put my mind at ease over any concerns I had. Absolute best place & customer service!

My first time using a storage space and Alex made it feel as if I've done it before. Was so easy. She's full of knowledge and is easy to talk to and goes over and above to make the renting process easy. She has MADD customer service skills. When they say 1 stop they mean it. Thanks Alex.

Brooklyn and Alex were super nice, they are new managers but I couldn’t tell until they mentioned it. The other lady there was super nice as well. We got in and out quickly and the vibe of the office is very fun! Thanks ladies.

I've done storage at a few other places and I will say none of them compare to this one.
The Manager Alex is very sincere, knowledgeable, and has exceptional Customer Service.
She is also very easy to talk to, & very welcoming.
If you're looking for a unit this is the place to go!

Alex Maddox's amazing customer service led to such a helpful move-in into the unit we got. Alex was beyond helpful even after the fact with helpful directions to how to navigate through the building to locate my unit. She paid attention to all aspects of me and my family as customers, she was present, very attentive and caring to us. I will indeed be referring friends, family,etc toOne Stop Self Storage. We are beyond grateful to have found such good customer serice in the city of Milwaukee.

I am truly blown away by the customer service of the new management team. Alex stayed after hours to show me all the available units, was extremely helpful during a crazy time for me, and gave me a great deal. I have three units here and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I love this historic place, they did a wonderful job fixing it up, the three entrances make it very easy to enter and exit, the building has good security and a very nice new Schindler elevator along with a old behemoth freight elevator and one with a brass gate. The two old ones can only be used by management. The location is excellent, right near downtown, and close to the Hwy 41 and 94 ramps. CSR/Manager Alex is a pleasure to work with, and took care of my lease renewal promptly, and right at the rate that I wanted, and fixed the mistake on my account that previous management CubeSmart made. The facility is climate controlled with easy access right into the lot before the Wisconsin Avenue Bridge heading West a couple blocks past 35th Street, next to Midas mufflers. Highly recommended! A+++

Alex was very friendly and helpful with my walk through. She answered questions before I could even think of them. The facility is well lit and clean. Thank you for making this part of the move not stressful.

Great location, easy access and very accommodating……but what really makes One Stop a go to is the customer service. Alex’s knowledge, adaptability and drive make the entire process a piece of cake. Highly recommend One Stop Self Storage and thank you Alex!

I had a very amazing experience with Beverly Rodriguez she was very helpful and such a sweet person she was very welcoming and overly assertive in making sure my experience was exceptional I truly appreciate her in many ways

(ALEX) was really helpful, understanding, and courteous to me over the phone. I live out of town,and left my unit open by mistake. She called me,and made sure the situation was resolved 🙂.
