Israeli Consulate

So went to get things squared away for Astra to come with me to Israel.
1. The young man who greeted me was totally the sweetest
We swapped stories and I had my pocket knife with me.....he was in love with it.
2. While there was a wait, everyone was helpful and kind

i have to say that i called twice and each time a nice lady helped me, walked me through the website so i can renew my passport, was very nice to deal with and i have no problems reaching her, so only positive reviews from me

I truly don't know who are the people that are writing bad reviews, I am flying back with my family to Israel NEXT WEEK and the embassy did way and beyond to help us and guide me thought the process with lot of patience.
