Centraal Grand Café & Tappery

Charming, cozy, and precious! I really enjoyed bringing the family here for a great meal. The overall mood of this place is nice and there are very friendly servers.

The "All Around the World in One Flight. " was an interesting combination of international beers. I found the lighter beers to be more refreshing. I ordered the artichoke cheese dip, and although it was tasty, the large pieces of buttered bread were a bit much. Very filling, I will say. The service was great, and the atmosphere has a traveling vibe which makes it feel like a small social hub to eat, drink and be on your way. I love the suitcases on display and the arrival and departure flight boards. Very catch theme for the restaurant, and I am looking forward to going back to try something else.

So happy to finally try out the street car or the outside tents during this cold season and still had such a brilliant time that is always given at Cafe Central and we got to bring our puppy and that was very fun. Tasty and delicious as always. Cheers!

Excellent food and service. Visited on a quiet evening and were able to relax and enjoy our food and a few specialty drinks and brews.

It was my first time trying Centraal Grand Café, and it did not disappoint. We went at 12:30pm on a Sunday for brunch. We were quoted a 30-40 minute wait, but it took 15-20 minutes. I loved the atmosphere. We were lucky enough to get seated outside in the covered, private seating. The food was great too! I ordered Centraal Bloody Mary, Bacon's Breakfast Sammie, and Pancakes from the kid's menu. The waitress was attentive and friendly enough. I'll be back!

The atmosphere was great! We were seated outside in a little cubicle, which was secluded from other tables. It was nice and distraction free.

Great place for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Casual, but elevated. Recently, I have been enjoying their breakfast menu and dining in their back patio/garden area. Excellent selection of international beers and globally inspired dishes. Huge space indoor and out, great for large groups, seems to be a popular place for bridal showers and baby showers.

Fantastic place to eat and drink in the heart of Bay View! There were lots of vegetarian options and good drinks. We ate here multiple times

We stopped in for Sunday brunch and everything was great! Had the Greens and Grains Scramble x2 and Rose Party Mimosas. Amy is awesome, always a delight!

I didn't pick this place but so happy to try it while in Bayview neighborhood. Neat set up with train theme and pub. Had a sandwich and it was killer. Will have to try out other things when in the area. Found free street parking and place is handicap friendly.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The waitress came about 30 seconds after we sat down, the drinks had come in about 1 minute. The food took about 20 minutes to come on a busy night, which is good because it shows they took time preparing the meals. For the actual food, the cheeseburgers were really juicy, warm, and cooked perfectly. The French fries were perfectly salted and warm too. The fruit was not soggy, it was juicy and sweet. The vegetables were crisp and flavorful too. The servers took our plates for us quickly after we finished, which is always great. The atmosphere was nice too, the lights were nice and warm-yellow. Plants were hung on the walls and looked well kept. Seats and tables were comfortable and clean. Overall it was a great experience. Will visit again

My husband and I go here all the time, love their food and location. EB and Corinne are the best, they give excellent service, are very attentive, but also know when to give you privacy and space too. We’ve been coming here for years and have never had an issue, I wouldn’t change a thing, except maybe some more lively music to brighten up the mood. The music lately has been a little sleepy sounding

Very good nice place, the food omg it was very good very well seasoned and I had to get the chicken avocado sandwich man it was hitting the spot. The soup was good, even better was the lamb and rice balls. 10/10 overall will definitely be coming back

Fantastic variety of beer. Food was delicious. The Asian Chicken rice bowl was very good. Jalapeno bacon dip was spicy and tasty.

Every time I visit my bestie in Milwaukee we come here. This is our go to brunch spot. Everything is always delicious and love their variety of Bloody Marys.

This is a great place, plenty of seating, good beer selection, and excellent service.

I'm a picky eater and so is my family and we always have lots of modifications to our meals for preferences and food allergies. They are always accommodating and the food has always come out exactly as we need/want it.

We've typically gone early, but even when they are busy the servers are great. I really like the fact that the kids menu comes with vegetables and fruit as an option. My daughter loves the cups that the kids drinks come in.

My wife likes that they have an option for small glasses of beer. This lets her try a bunch of kinds.

Parking can be a bit tough as it seems, at least initially, that they only have street parking. But there is a small lot around the corner that many people don't see.

Really cool interior with comfortable seating. Bar looks really great too. Food was fantastic with a lot of options for any taste. Had the Peri Peri Chicken and Chicken Avocado sandwich, both were excellent. Good deal on the flight of beers too. Highly recommend and will be back!

It's a little expensive for just average food. The service was very good. Our waitress was very personable

I can't say enough great things about this place! Centraal Grand Café is a staple visit for this Chicago girl! I visited this gorgeous little spot years and years ago, and I still can't get enough. I brought my sister up for a day trip to visit Milwaukee and our little trip wouldn't be complete without a little brunch at this delicious spot. (Dinner and the beers are great too!)

They have a fun little outdoor section that has a street car with cozy seating! The inside is also fun and worth a look. The food here is fresh and creative. I had their Braised Beef, Beets, and Goat Cheese Scramble. It was incredible! Whoever thought beets and beef to together like this, knows what's up! Don't forget some donut holes and a yummy bloody mary, or a mimosa to go along with your meal. So worth the drive! See you soon friends! Can't wait to see what you're cooking up next!

The chilaquiles was delicious. My boyfriend ate the French toast in 2 minutes, it was so good. We also got the donut things - v yummy. Also!!! Fresh OJ in a cold glass was a perfect touch.
