Booked online last minute and it was the best decision. Kaila hit it out of the park. I’m a natural gray (no color process, just blue shampoo) and have been trimming my own hair for about 2 years. Kaila did exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully… long layers and fixed whatever mess I created by trimming myself. She’s super sweet, outgoing, personable, and friendly. Love, love, love my hair.

This place is awesome. Great vibe and Kaila is super nice and great at what she does. Highly recommend Phillips 47.

Edit: Just went back for my second visit. Another great experience. Kaila is consistent. My hair was super thick and a little too long and she made it look as good as it did the first time she cut my hair…Is there a 10 star button?

I booked with Elleigh. I went in to get a shaggy, almost mullet cut with shaved sides and she was very honest and told me she wasn’t confident in her ability to do it. She explained why and directed me to another stylist who does that type of cut often. She was also very apologetic and even offered to shampoo/condition me for free. I appreciated her honesty and kindness and if I ever do want the type of cut she’s confident with, I would absolutely go to her :)

Kaila is FABULOUS! We have known her for 7 or 8 years. She has earned our loyalty through the years by doing an amazing job cutting my hair, plus the hair of my husband, my boys, & my daughter. My daughter & I both have curly hair, & she has done some adorable short cuts, trims with long hair, layers, curtain bangs, etc. She’s also done “Locks of Love” hair donation cuts for both me & my daughter. Her new shop, Phillips 47 Salon, is absolutely adorable! We highly recommend Kaila!

Leslie Harris Phillips and the girls at the Salon are great! If you want someone who is well experienced, caring and considerate of what your needs are for your hairstyle, Phillips 47 Salon is the place to go. Love the shop, it’s beautifully decorated! Love it. Will be back.

Really enjoyed getting my hair done. Chelsea seriously exceeded my expectations and was such a gem. Their southern charm exceeds any other salon I have been to.

I have been searching for a good salon experience, this is the place to go to. I went last weekend for a haircut and style. Sarah did a fantastic job, I’m very pleased with it.

Had my hair done here, I showed a picture of what I wanted, It started out good and then I'm not sure what happened. What I am sure of is that my hair is 5 different colors!! I had wanted burgundy and honey colored highlights and all over chocolate brown color. My hair is highlighted white and some of my hair is black, Some of it was purple but the purple has faded out and looks terrible. The highlights are not even at all I have and then I still have my original color in some spots and it looks a mess!!! I will never go back to this salon and I recommend no one else goes either, Unless your doing blonde. That's the only color I really see them post pics of. BEWARE! $180 for my hair to be an absolute mess to where I have to wear it up all the time now!
