Best Western Plus Milwaukee West

We booked three rooms recently for a family gathering to see a Brewers game. The customer service we experienced was outstanding. The manager was so welcoming and every staff member went above and beyond. They have a fancy coffee machine in the lobby, real plates and silverware in the continental breakfast, and a shuttle bus that provided curb side service. The hospitality shown to us was amazing. And the price was very family friendly.

We have only been to Milwaukee once for a college tour. We was planning a trip back 1.5yrs later and was looking for a good hotel moving our son into his college dorm. We picked this hotel bc of the amenities and the how close it was to the college. This hotel has exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. Anytime they saw us we were greeted and asked if there is anything they can do for us. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot breakfast items that you don’t see at other hotels like chorizos and corn beef hash. The workout room had top of the line equipment. Didn’t get to use the pool this time but planning on using it the next time we are there. Will definitely stay here again.

Love this place! The customer service people at the desk were super nice during the day and overnight. Very fulfilling breakfast buffet! And I loved the indoor Pool . My favorite place to stay when we are in Milwaukee

If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would give them 10! What a great place to stay, and we've stayed at alot of hotels and Inns! There was a bit of an issue with our room but the girl at the front desk gave us another room right away with some complimentary snacks. The sports bar and grill in the hotel is awesome! The food is phenomenal and the service is too! We were delighted to find out that they have a shuttle to the American Family Stadium for the baseball game! We met some great people and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff are all so friendly and and made us feel at home! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Fantastic! We were there during the state fair opening day and the city was packed.
From the on sight restaurant to the great customer service at the front desk, to the shuttle driver, we were so pleased with our stay, we’ll be back!!!
We didn’t plan a second night there, but we were so pleased, we asked if we could stay and they made it happen!
The food in the restaurant is wonderful!
The shuttle driver just started working there and he was great!!! It could not have been better!

Rooms were ok, comfortable enough for what we needed. We could hear people on top floor walking around quite clearly. Staff was excellent. Justin goes up and above for customer service. The rest of the staff was quite friendly. On-site restaurant staff was great also. Shuttle service to and from game was top notch.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean. The pool and fitness center were nice and the food was pretty good (pizza). The breakfast was really good. Overall a nice hotel to stay at. The only thing I didn’t like was the location. We were in town to see Neil deGrasse Tyson and since I don’t know Milwaukee at all I chose Best western Plus assuming it would be in a nicer area. It had me a little worried, but everything turned out fine and I would actually stay here again.

I had to stay an extra night because of a snow storm. They made it easy to book the same room. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the restaurant is good, breakfast was fine, and the pool was fun. The beds were comfortable, there was space for both my boys to have space to do homework. The fitness room was great. Next time I come to Milwaukee I’ll be staying here again.

I'm telling you right now if you need to stay in Milwaukee you gotta stay here! This place is amazing! The pool and hot tub are nice clean. The room was perfect AND VERY clean the staff is amazing! They have a bar/restaurant THE FOOD IS AMAZING! I feel like everyone should know about this place. The rooms are not 200$ a night they have THE BEST PRICES! I STAY HERE AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE When me and the hubby need a QUCIK but affordable getaway we go here they have everything you need! STAY AT THIS HOTEL YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Checked in on 9/17. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and accommodating. My husband and I ate at the restaurant on site. The Italian chicken sandwich was amazing. Comes with homemade chips which were very tasty. The second night I had the chef salad which again was amazing. The ladies bartending were very social and friendly. We took the shuttle to the ball game and the driver was very friendly as well as knowledge about baseball facts. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Nice room, comfortable beds. Staff was great and food was even better! Parking was left to be desired. But everything else made up for it.

We stayed here as part of a trip to the Wisconsin State Fair. I was apprehensive because I don't know Milwaukee at all. Check in was easy. The attendant was the manager and was so friendly and yet complete with his checkin. No doubt, he understands the hospitality industry. We had a room with two double beds. It was really nice and looked updated. The beds were super comfortable. My only suggestion would be to put a lamp by the round table in the corner by the door. Although we didn't use it, the manager mentioned the shuttle to the state fair and my husband said the breakfast downstairs was awesome. Honestly, we'll be back to the State fair and this will be the first place we stay!

I actually didn’t get to stay at this Best Western franchise. But I want to submit a review to thank the front desk /reservation staff who worked on Tuesday evening, August 8, 2023. I arrived at Mitchell Airport in the evening of the 8th, needing a room for the night to fly out early next morning. It was only then I realized that I had erroneously booked this hotel online not the one a mile away! I called several times, but they were busy. Since I had used my points for the reservation, forfeiting was an option especially when I couldn’t cancel online. I had all but given up until later that night, the staff at this BW venue called. After patiently listening to my explanation, he kindly canceled the reservation for me and removed the charges for amenities and restored my BW reward points I had used for the booking. So, thank you very much for your help and understanding! And I hope to stay at you place in the near future.

The room was very neat and clean, bathroom is a bit small but everything was working well. The pool is big and nice! Breakfast is included which was good. Overall a good stay and would definitely book again!

Best value hotel in the area. Excellent location. It’s near the brewers stadium, VA, state fair grounds, etc. Clean, remodeled, polite staff. The restaurant is good, fair priced.
When I lived in the area a few years ago, the property was run down. It’s the complete opposite now!

Have been going to BW Plus Milwaukee West for years as part of our annual Brewer game trip. As always the Breakfast was delicious, the staff SUPER FRIENDLY, professional and HELPFUL! And special shout-out to "Shuttle Dave" our bus driver to the Stadium. Greatly appreciate his fun personality and trivia! Will be back again next year....or maybe again this year if the Brewers do well!!!

Above and beyond service, manager asked shuttle driver to come in early so we could make a tailgate event for ALS. Driver Dave is awesome, the pool was a big hit, the food was great, but most of all, customer service to the max! Every employee we had contact with was fantastic, absolutely staying again. Family and friends, six rooms, no complaints.

Cons
-front desk does not pay attention to who parks and blocks the entrance, as entitled drivers are not trained to see past their nose
- the free breakfast is as good as free.

My wife and I stayed here when in town for a HOG (Harley Owners Group) rally. The staff was very helpful. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The microwave was old, but we never used it - just looked a little sketchy. Towels were awesome. Pool was large but a little chilly. Pool area was very nice. Hot tub was small but good. Lounge was nice, staff there were also good. We were both on bikes so parking wasn't bad, but it would be tough to get a larger pickup in there. I never felt "unsafe" at any time, which was a concern of ours given the area and the fact that we live in a very small town. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. We ate at the bar attached and the food was good. I travel for work and this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at with alternative milk options for breakfast. Breakfast was hot with lots of choices.
