Gwinnett Clinic at Winder

Dr. G is the best doctor I have experienced since my childhood! She has the patience and passion that any patient will recognize immediately that that she REALLY cares about your well-being! I REALLY feel great full for being introduced to her recently, and right out the gate, u feel her passion! She has really made me feel like my life is in her hands, and I would not trust anyone else! I really appreciate her for everything she has done for me, and I'm looking forward to a very long relationship from patient to Dr. Thank you, Dr. G!!!

I love Teresa!!! Everytime I see her she has the biggest smile and if I’m not feeling good she is there to help make it all better!!! Thank you for all you do!!!

This was my initial and first visit after being recommended to Dr. Goodjoin by a colleague practicing physician whom we are both acquainted. I am happy to have the opportunity for medical care and treatment with Dr. Goodjoin and the medical staff at the Gwinnett Clinic. Upon arrival, the experience was seamless, efficient, and most importantly welcoming ! Tresa as well as the medical representatives in the front office area were excellent. I am appreciative of Dr. Goodjoin and the staff as their service is authentic and wholesome.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Gwinnett Clinic, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly staff, setting the tone for an outstanding experience.

The clinic's dedication to providing exceptional healthcare is evident in every aspect of their service. The doctors and medical staff demonstrated extensive knowledge, expertise, and genuine care throughout my visit. They took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, thoroughly addressed my questions, and provided me with a comprehensive understanding of my condition and treatment options. Their commitment to patient well-being was truly remarkable.

Friendly and efficient office staff. Dr. Goodjoin is an EXCELLENT Physician. A BLESSED addition to this office. His bedside manner is IMPECCABLE. I can say I've never had a better Dr. He takes the time to LISTEN to his patients. 👍 I like Nurse Tresa as well. 😊

This was my first visit with Dr Goodjoin at the Winder office. He is Wonderful he took the time to get to know me he listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. The lady & gentleman in the front was extremely welcoming & helpful. My nurse was kind & friendly.

The Nurse practioner was incredibly thorough in listening to concerns and performing necessary test. I was highly pleased and grateful.

I recently visited the Winder Clinic while in the area. I had a non-emergent medical issue and noticed that they accepted walk-in patients. Upon my arrival, I was greeted as if I was a regular patient although I had never been and had no appointment. After completing the paperwork,I was told they would see me as soon as possible. The ladies in the front office were extremely nice and helpful and Sarah assured me that it wouldn’t be too long before I was seen and any needs would be met. As promised, the wait time was acceptable for not having an appointment and my condition treated to my complete satisfaction. I would certainly utilize their services in the future as needed. I’m not sure about some of the negative comments but I certainly have a different opinion.

Feel like I need to counter some of the negative reviews -- I've had a fantastic experience so far with Gwinnett Clinic in Winder. I've been using this office as my Primary Care Provider for over a year now, Ms. Mary is FANTASTIC. She takes the time to talk through my concerns, and treatment plans. I've been into the office with a wide range of issues and felt like i received compassionate and thorough care each time. The wait times can sometimes run long, but I know that is due to the care that is taken with each patient. I've never felt rushed by the NP, and have always been provided time to ask questions or voice any concerns.

I had a very good experience at the Gwinnett Clinic. The front office staff and the nurse practitioner & doctor were very helpful & polite.

Very friendly all Dr's are very nice and listen to everything and make sure they go over everything with you 😊 love them!! Automsphare was very uplifting and welcoming .. thank yall so much!!

A warm and lovely environment. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Dr. Gunadera is an excellent doctor who takes her time with you, listens and understands your issues. The facility appears a little worn but it's clean and pleasant. I'm very pleased with my experience with Gwinnett Clinic in Winder and recommend Dr. Gunadera and her staff.

Shannon, Pang, and Dr. Gunadeva "Dr. G" are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly and very compassionate. They take the best care to help me. I even rescued my dog from outside there office when it got dropped off and they never fail to ask me about "Lucky Doc" and how he is doing. I share his latest pics when I see them. I love Dr. G! She is thorough and genuinely cares for her patients.

I'm have been pretty pleased with the staff there at the winder location. Ms. Mary is outstanding and goes out of her way to really find out the issue, also the nurse is nice and personable.

Recently having issue with staff answering the phones, they have been blunt and haven't transferred my call to the nurse when asked. Response is "the nurse is busy" can I Help you? No offense, but if they can't provide test results or some medical knowledge then I don't feel like relaying my issue to non medical experts only for the message to get lost in translation when getting to nurse is worth my time.

I would suggest the nurse getting her own voicemail where patients can leave questions. Also with this location I have been told the delay in getting my results is because they only have one nurse and there is a paperwork delay, the organization may want to hiring more nurses for this location. Also it may be beneficial for Gwinnett clinic to start doing things more electronically, such as having test results electronically sent to them, then in turn having those results sent to the patients electronically, as it could reduce the paperwork backlog issues the nurses have with test results.

It was a quick in and out visit, great Doctor and staff. All my question and problems were solve and handle.

Mary is an amazing FNP!!! She truly listens to your concerns and cares about your health! Thank you, Mary ❤! The rest of the staff is great except for the front staff... they aren't friendly and can be rude when you aren't feeling well

I have used this clinic for over 15 years and highly recommend Dr. Gunadeva and her staff. They work hard to get you better while taking the time to understand your individual needs. If you are looking for a good doctor who cares the Gwinnett Clinic and Dr. G are a wonderful choice to better health!! Thank you Dr. G!!!

I started seeing Dr. Gunadeva in the Snellville office 20 years ago and now see her in the Winder office. She has been an excellent doctor for my family. The staff is also courteous and helpful.
